Enjoy the comfort and convenience of this bright and sunny 3/4 bedroom home. Wonderful open living space and private, quiet deck ideal for entertaining. Large 1st floor master suite with a king bed, desk and walk-in closet. Bathroom with an oversized fully-tiled shower, soaking tub and his & her vanities.
Kitchen has top of the line appliances, granite counter tops and breakfast bar. Spacious cathedral living room with built-in gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and designer furnishings. Magnificent dining room perfect for family dining and special celebrations.
Spacious and light-filled bedrooms on the 2nd floor with plenty of closets and quiet spots for reading and contemplating the day's activities. There is a 1st floor powder room, laundry area with washer and dryer and a large two-car garage where bikes, kayaks and beach chairs can be stored.
The covered stone veranda is a lovely spot to watch the sun set in the evening.
A wonderful fireplace in the great room warms the house on chilly evenings. The house is fully air conditioned if the summer gets hot.
The house is situated on a quiet street with plenty of lawn for children to run and play and adults to lounge and relax.

Return Visit

Our return visit with a couple of friends from our home area of Port Townsend was as enjoyable as our stay with family 2 years ago. The accommodations were outstanding in every respect. We very much look forward to our next stay.

August 2021 Maine Vacation

The house was very well decorated and had a well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of space for my family of 6 plus two small children. The yard was very nice as well! Gas grill allowed us to cook in for a couple of relaxed evenings. Quick drive to the beach! Highly recommend!-

Perfect Maine Vacation

Our family has been vacationing in Maine for several summers and this home was five stars plus. Mary Ellen has thought of every possible need your family may have including beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon for the little ones. The home is beautifully decorated; the beds were comfortable; and the kitchen was well stocked. The property is large and private…we never heard anything but the voices of our little ones while outdoors. They had fun playing in the back and front of the house. The beach was ideal - one of the nicest we have encountered in Maine - there was even a playground adjacent to the beach. My grandson decided the enormous family room upstairs was his playroom. It was nice that all the toys could be upstairs with the kids while the adults could be downstairs. The manager, Joy Lang, deserves special recognition for a job well done - we had two minor issues and she returned my calls and came to the house to solve a TV issue. Truly a delight to work with. We would love to return next summer! Thank you for a great vacation!

Perfect Maine Getawa

We had 3 generations in the house. First floor great for the grandmother, she had her own private suite and the rest of us had plenty of space upstairs. House was clean and well equipped. We could bike or walk to town or to the beach. A great yard for the kids to play. Privacy and quiet for relaxing breakfast on the back deck.

Beautiful home, so close to beaches

We really enjoyed staying at this house! Very comfortable, clean, spacious, welcoming. The proximity to downtown and the beaches was excellent. Would absolutely recommend this house!

Clean & well stocked comfortable house

This house was exactly as pictured, & in a quiet neighborhood about 1/2 mile from town. We really wanted to rent where we would be able to walk to town & restaurants, & we did; but the walk was on a busy road with no other walkers, & we didn’t always have a sidewalk. Coming home in the dark was a little scary. Just FYI if you’re wanting to walk to town.

Exceptional vacation property

There was consensus among the seasoned travelers in our family that this home was the most comfortable and well equipped that we have ever stayed in. We loved the layout of the house as well. A perfect fit for our needs!

Perfection!

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of staying in this beautiful home! It is clean, beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibly need! It's in a great location as well. This was one of the best vacations my family and I have had thanks to this beautiful home. We will be back!

Perfect Rental in Kennebunkport!

This was the best rental in Kennebunkport yet! The house has everything and is located perfectly to the beach and town😊 Very accommodating property manager made us feel welcome. Would return again and again👍🏼

Perfect house for our families

This house is beautifully decorated and larger than the pictures make it appear. The master suite is very large and has a wonderful bathroom. The kitchen/living area is very spacious and the back deck is quiet and serene. The new outdoor shower is such a treat after a long day at the beach. The 4th room that has the tv and pull-out couch was large enough for our three girls to share, we even had room for an air mattress, too. We had a terrific time in KBPT and will be back!

Perfect wedding weekend

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect! There was tons of space for all the girls to get ready with room to spare. The master suite is gorgeous! The house is even more beautiful in person and it is on the website. The house was exceptionally clean and the property was very well maintained. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Beautiful home in a perfect location

We just returned from our annual Maine coast vacation, this house made our vacation much better than we had planned. The house is immaculate and all of the ammenities in the house were better than at home! It is beautifully furnished and the layout of the house was perfect for our group!
