Guests enjoy new ductless air conditioning, high-speed internet, and a 55” Smart TV for streaming. An assigned heated underground parking stall is included, along with easy access to nearby river pathways and green spaces.

The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, and the in-suite washer and dryer come stocked with detergent and dryer sheets. Soft towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. A pack n play travel crib is included in the unit.

Very clean, comfortable apartment unit in a great location. If you’re going to spend any time indoors then the north alley facing balcony as well as window onto a concrete wall would have their downsides. Not an issue for us as we were mostly out and about. Bedrooms are a good size and not next to each other. Would recommend to my own family and friends.

Paul was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to put our bags into the rental before our check-in time because we arrived in Calgary hours before expected. This was an amazing stay, which was made better knowing that the host was communicative and helpful!

We loved staying at Paul’s place! It was so cute and so clean! It was also within walking distance to our conference and the underground parking was very convenient and worry free. Would love to stay there again!

The host was very nice and did respond fairly quickly when we were checking in and had issues with the parking. There was some delay but I think it was more caused by the messaging ability/speed in the Vrbo app. We almost had an issue with the parking because our vehicle is over 6ft and therefore we weren’t able to fit in the underground parking. Luckily one of the spots behind the building did open up right as we were looking for spaces otherwise I think we would have had to pay for parking. The apartment was nice enough especially for the amount it costed per night. There was nothing necessarily dirty but it didn’t give a strikingly clean vibe and there was an overall odor of what smelled like old take out food. Also the photos in the listing make it seem like there are better views then there actually are but having been there I suppose they are just photos of sites close-ish by. Again for the price it’s not bad.

The condo and location was perfect. We walked to see a Flames game at the Saddledome. The host was very quick to respond during check in. We will book here again next trip to Calgary.
