Great location home rental.

This house has got so much potential, unfortunately wasn't clean and had a bad smell. The location is great, overall was comfortable and budget friendly. Would be great if someone just cared about it more :) Thank you!

Good for groups

Good house for larger group of people. Deck nice to have and catches breeze. Only downside is the terribly tedious communication process if you need to speak to the agent. All calls go to offshore call centre no matter the day or time.

Family Friendly

It was a little disappointing on arrival as there was a lot of dirty linen left at the front door(which was unlocked). The property had NOT been cleaned. No gas for the bbque and dog poo in the back yard. Some lights not working and one of the bed frames was broken which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. The property manager was emailed numerous times with no response, after a phone call the reply I was given was "sorry". This property is otherwise a great place to stay,close to everything, great for families with lots of space.

It was a pleasure hosting this guest. They were respectful, communicative, and took great care of the property throughout their stay. The home was left clean and tidy, and they followed all house rules. I would be happy to host them again and would recommend them to other VRBO hosts without hesitation.
