We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and found everything very clean. The location is great and we were able to walk right down to the river and fish. However this is an older home and it seemed a little overpriced for the condition of the living room and deck. The sofas were not very comfortable and the deck needs some sprucing up. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. We were there on a very hot week in August and without a/c, the fans did not do an adequate job of cooling. The screen door to the patio was missing so we had no thru ventilation, and there are no shades on the back windows to keep out the sun.

Strawbeary Cabin was everything I was hoping for. The location was excellent, close to the lake and amenities. We had a fabulous family vacation in a very beautiful location. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was large, open and well equipped. There was plenty of linen and beach towels for swimming in the lake. Also having 2 washers and 2 dryers was a bonus when it came time for washing all the towels. The host was helpful when we had a problem with the door code. We will definitely be back for a Pinecrest holiday in the future!

Great cabin and had so many little amenities that felt like home. Perfect location close to the river and Pinecrest lake Loved the deck and the little glimpse of the river with the sounds of it being a plus The only negative would be master bedroom bed is low and uncomfortable and the sofas in the living room are the same…. Hard for my older parents to get up from the coach and bed due to it being so lowOverall great cabin

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house had everything we needed. We happened to stay during a big storm and the house was easy to get into and out of, and the host was very communicative. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family had the best time here. Shannon has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. Very pet friendly, even had doggy dishes available. The location is extremely easy, close to everything. The stars were amazing; we had clear skies. Thank you for a wonderful family get away!

It was an absolutely magical family trip. The house was clean, well equipped and easy to warm up after a long day playing in the snow! Although there is a wonderful furnace and easy to use thermostat, we greatly enjoyed using the fireplace in the living room. We cooked a lot and found everything we needed in the kitchen! The kids loved the bunk bed room and we loved the master! We’re already thinking about next year’s trip!

The cabin was as listed, Shannon was responsive and extremely accommodating. Our family really enjoy the welcoming space and amenities provided. We will definitely recommend and stay again.

The communication with Shannon was great. The house/cabin is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of space. We primarily go to Pinecrest to fish and it’s nice to drive 5 minutes back and forth between the house/cabin and the lake. Spacious deck with a nice view of the river. We highly recommend staying here.

Great cabin!

On the outside it doesn’t look like much but inside it’s super cute! Nicely remodeled, plenty of space for families.We walked down the street to fish & swim in the river, quite scenic. Great location, close to Pinecrest lake. We will stay here again!

Very quite place enjoyed it.

Beds were comfortable. Looking out the back was wonderful. You could see the river from there.I had questions and there was a good response time.Check-in was easy and there was plenty of room to park.

Good house for a weekend visit

Our family had a nice time during a snow storm. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was delightful. Beds were fairly comfortable and the home was in good condition. We had good communication with the owners and enjoyed our stay.

Home base for skiing & winter fun

This was a good place for 2 small families to stay over winter holidays for skiing at Dodge Ridge, snowshoeing, Leland snow park, etc.

Great! Well furnished, pleasing ambiance. Deck was great with good view, could see just a little of the river. Very relaxing, would definitely rent again. Contact person responded quickly to my questions.

Great stay next to Dodge Ridge

Was not prepared for the dining options to largely be closed M-Wed, perhaps that seasonal and only in winter. Had a great stay at the property, communication was clear with property manager.

Very welcoming space close to the Pinecrest Lake

We reserved this space to attend a family reunion nearby. The space was welcoming and cozy - we loved the kitchen and the deck. Our dog had great fun going up and down the pet ramp in the backyard! I definitely recommend this space for families or small groups.
