Charming two-bedroom century home just steps from the Festival and Tom Patterson theatres. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or evening drinks on the garden patio. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, and a shared four-piece bathroom upstairs.
Up to four guests get both bedrooms. Need a third bed? We can provide a sofa bed in the small bedroom or a Queen in the loft—please let us know in advance. The basement may sometimes be rented separately, But upstairs guests never share with him. We can also provide the basement for more than 6 people.

The house was perfect for our stay. The host was extremely helpful and very friendly. The beds were comfortable and the backyard was nice to sit in and have a glass of wine. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely property and a great deal. Easy walk to all the theaters, particularly the Festival and Patterson. Slightly longer walk to the downtown area, but totally doable. The owner responded to several questions in advance in a timely manner. She even stopped by after a big storm to make sure everything was okay.

A wonderful space! Lots of room and a beautiful backyard. We especially liked how well stocked the rental was with little things that made our stay easier - kleenex, paper towel, kitchen towels etc. Can't wait to stay again!

Nice house with everything you need! Great old house in very good shape. Hosts were very attentive from booking thru departure--even came by to check in that everything was okay!

Koi met is when we arrived and was very helpful. House is close to the river theatres and shops. Only issues are lack of main floor bathroom and inconsistent street parking

Lovely house on quiet street

Owner Koi was welcoming and responsive to questions. She has good local knowledge. The location could not have been more perfect for walking to theaters, restaurants, shops

Good property and Excellent Owner

We went for the Stratford Festival, and you cannot find a better location than this house. It was very clean and comfortable, the kitchen well appointed and the patio was a great place to hang out. Also, on a side note, the owner was incredibly response to any and all communications.

An oasis

Clean, attractive, and though not a large place, there are lots of ways for people to be on their own: back patio, even deeper set garden, living room, as well as the upstairs bedrooms. Tremendous location on extremely quiet street. We will return next year.

Delightful home

I was very impressed by this gem of a house, nestled in a quiet neighborhood just steps to the theatre and riverside. Very well equipped, clean, well maintained and furnished home, not a house. Style meets function at every turn.

Comfortable, quiet, beautiful garden & close to theaters

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Koi's place! The location is perfect: midway between the Festival and Patterson Theaters. The back garden is gorgeous with several places to sit along with a table and chairs for coffee or a meal. The front porch has a roof. We enjoyed sitting on the porch even when it was raining. It is so quiet! There is no traffic on the street.

Stratford Festival Stage

We saw 4 plays at the main stage. That is a 4 minute stroll from this property. We cooked breakfast each day and partook in sausage/cheese/bread with wine each day. Eating out was easy as many places are close. We found the living spaces and porches to be comfortable and relaxing. The beds and bathroom were also great. The street was very quiet.

Excellent house

This is an excellent property. House is in great condition, very clean, and the host made it all so easy! Clear instructions and communication (check-in and out couldn't have been simpler), and they are very gracious and accommodating. The house is a short 10 minute walk from downtown, and one minute from the river. Great location close to it all, but on a quiet side street. I just wish we had warmer weather to enjoy the back yard - it looked amazing and peaceful. Next time...

We had a short stay (1 night) prior to a family reunion but the hosts were extremely flexible and helpful in allowing an earlier check in and later checkout which greatly enhanced our trip. The home was exactly as described and we had no surprises. Be sure to check out the owners store in Stratford: Dancing Waters Boutique!

Comfortable House

We had a lovely stay at Koi’s house. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and the house is an easy 5 minute walk to the Festival Theatre. We would definitely stay there again if we went with a few more people and rented the house and basement apartment.

Perfect location and home

My friend and I enjoyed the easy walking distance to the Festival Theater and river. The house was very clean and well-appointed. Only caveat is that the stairs leading upstairs are quite steep. We navigated ok but for any one with mobility issues they might present a challenge
