This place is very deceptive, from the outside it looks average but when you enter the unit you find a immaculately presented spacious unit with absolutely everything you could possibly need. Within walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Stay at Blue Gem

Very good, clean and convenient. The only slight issue was that the hinge of the corner cupboard door in the kitchen was loose. Could easily be fixed with a screwdriver. Very convenient to the Sawtell trip with cafe's etc.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good
