Great house and the host JB was personable and helpful. Spacious inside and loved the outdoor areas. It was very nice to have beach chairs and a small cooler to bring with us for our days at the beach. I highly recommend staying at this location and we will book again!

Overall beautiful property and a great location close to eateries, beaches, local beach activities and more. Bed we’re extremely comfortable and clean. Everything you need to enjoy your time in the sun. Host was very informative and helpful. We had a family reunion and all were extremely impressed with how comfortable and beautiful the property was. Kids enjoyed the pool

The house had everything we needed for me and my brothers’ families. Cooking and feeding 10 people isn’t easy when travelling but having the option to cook and eat up or downstairs was amazing.

Fantastic location near a ton of restaurants and activities. Uber drivers were easy to come by. The house was perfect for 5 couples. JB was a great host. Would definitely stay again!

The view was absolutely spectacular. The home offered many wonderful features, including a swimming pool, easy beach access, a beautiful kitchen, and plenty of space for our family. There were a few minor issues, but they were promptly addressed by the property manager. We would love to return for another visit.

Great house, great location, super host!

We had a wonderful stay in Fajardo at this fantastic house. Super spacious (we were a group of 8 and had room to spare) and well maintained with fantastic views of the water from up top of the hill. JB was the perfect host - always available and very responsive to all our questions, and with great recommendations. We’d most definitely stay here again!!

Puerto Rico at its best

My family and I had an amazing stayed. The house is big and spacious. The host JV was really attentive and great communicator. He gave us a tour and was very friendly and nice. I would stay here again and highly recommended.

Great Family House

Beautiful home

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The host was excellent and very attentive. Loved the restaurants nearby. I highly recommend renting the home for your vacation.

Magical stay!

The house is absolutely amazing. What an impressive place. The house is lovely and the area is great with so much to do. JB and his crew took great care of us helping us with anything we needed. It was the best week!!

What an amazing place. The house had the best views of Fajardo. Pool was amazing. JB was awesome in showing us the place to recommendations in the area. He was class act. I would definitely book again.

Family Reunion and Celebration of Parents

This trip was very special as we were gathering as a family to celebrate the life of my wife's wonderful parents. The villa (including the location and the property itself) were an absolute positive addition to a time that was both a celebration and bittersweet. The property, the property manager were wonderful. Highly recommend to for families!

Great family stay

We had 8 adults and 5 kids. The house was comfortable for everyone, and the kids loved the pool. The check in process was easy and they left out pool & beach toys for the kids, which was much appreciate. We had a small issue with one of the shower drains and they fixed immediately.

Fabulous vacation!

We were family of 12 and had an enjoyable stay at the villa. Spectacular view, nice sunsets, great pool and convenience to lots of good restaurants. The host JB is wonderful, couldn't ask for a nicer person, attentive and helpful with any request we had. We are definitely coming back. Thank you JB, for everything!

One of the most incredible experiences. Celebrated my engagement with my family and my fiance's family and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. JB was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. The place itself is modern, updated, and gorgeous. However, the best part about the place is the unmatched ocean views. Would absolutely love to come back

Gorgeous house on the hill

We had a great time staying at this beautiful house. Is situated on top of the hill overlooking the ocean in the bay. You can see the whole town. That said it’s a little bit of a drive to get down to the town and you’ll need to rent a car. The house is beautiful well-kept and has just about everything you need if you don’t want to leave.

Great experience

The house was beautiful -- great experience and no complaints. I would recommend having a car. The house is on a hilltop and has a fantastic view, but the only access road is incredibly steep and challenging to walk.

Amazing Time

Plenty of space, great setup! The first floor was great to sit and read, cook, watch tv, while the kids played. Amazing views from almost anywhere in the house. You can see the entire town below, great view of the sunrise! The beds are very comfortable and each has a shower and ac. Pool is on the bottom floor with shade and another kitchen outdoors. We will definitely be back!

Great location, stunning views, extremely comfortable house

We were a family group of adult siblings and spouses (10 people). We had ample space across the three levels for our accommodations. The kitchen was very functional with about every convenience appliance you could want. We cooked most of our meals on site in the kitchen or using the grill on the pool deck. We had a lot of activities/excursions on our to-do list, but after a couple of days we chose time at local beaches, interspersed with relaxing at the house. It was that lovely. We definitely would return to this place if it were available on our next trip!
