Hi David thanks for your feedback. We advise all our guests in our rental agreement to contact us on arrival if there are any issues. Any lawn mowing (given weather is fine) or removal of rubbish can be easily sorted for you by our staff with a quick call to our office. Credit card is the only method of payment, and as such, fees do apply. The bond amount should be listed on the booking platform, and this is a freeze put on the amount by your bank. it will show as a debit amount but it's not actually taken from your account. in order for us to realase the bond after your stay (pending no damages ofcourse) you will notice what appear to be two transactions, a debit for the amount and then a credit for the same amount.
