Wonderful stay

Great communication with the owner. Property as advertised. We liked that there were extra blankets and pillows in the closet, and there were some laundry pods provided as well. We asked for a late checkout and they were able to accommodate. Close to Canyons and the outlets. Would have been nice to have more spices other than salt/pepper. Please add a cutting board to the kitchen items. Would stay again!

A wonderful stay in Park City

Dorthy was a wonderful and flexible host! We had a wonderful time at her condo and everything was just as it appeared in the photos. She was always quick to respond and flexible with us when we made the last minute request to extend our stay. Will definitely be booking again for our next trip!

Great get-away

We enjoyed our stay in Park City. The condo was centrally located and convenient. Host was quick to reply to questions. Only suggestion is to consider purchasing better pillows. :-)

Good Value for the Money

This area isn't for everyone because it is a bit of a drive to Park City, but we really like it. This 3BR unit is a bit small (room with two bunks beds is very tight) and not particularly well-stocked, but it is on the 4th floor and has a nice layout. Owner responded quickly to our questions and even drove up from Salt Lake to bring a new parking pass and light bulbs. Overall, a very good experience.

Great condo!

Great condo for our family of 6. The host was wonderful to work with and very responsive. We had a great time and would stay here again. Pros - Clean, well-designed, comfortable, air-conditioning, great neighborhood, close to club house (pool), garage parking, unit is close to elevator/stairs, great host, large tub in master, great size (plenty of room for everyone), nice sized dining table with plenty of seating (including bar stools). Cons- Not very well equipped (could use more bath towels and kitchen items). There are no pool towels so bring your own. Make sure you bring everything needed for cooking/eating (cooking oil, salt and pepper, coffee filters, etc.) The dishwasher is loud so run it during the day (it didn't bother us, was just concerning at first). A few other thoughts - The pool is small and was very crowded on the weekend, but started to empty out late afternoon. The bus stop is at the bottom of a long windy road on a steep hill. The pillows weren't great so if you are particular, bring your own. We love Bear Hollow and this unit was great and did the job just fine for us!

Cool Summer Get Away

Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at the property at Bear Hollow. The location is close to the Olympic Park with surprisingly many of the shops, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Definitely beats staying in the older and cramped downtown Park City. However, we had to buy shampoo and soap for personal hygiene needs because they were not provided.

Awful experience

This property was awful! It was not clean when we checked in (including dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a used mask on the floor in one of the bedrooms), we had ants in the bathrooms, the kitchen has NO supplies and we ran out of dishes every day before we were done with meals, had to ask for extra paper towels which we did get but asked for toilet paper and ended up buying our own after Dorthy told us she had never had problems with people running out. We have stayed in lots of different places and this one was by far the WORST!!!! The location was nice and we did enjoy the pool but that’s it!!! Would not stay here again if it was free!

Large and spacious

Great property! Super quiet, high quality surfaces, finishes etc. The photos do not show that the living room, kitchen and dining room make one large open area. Very impressed with this unit. Loved the heated garage as well. Doroth the owner is fabulous!

Perfect location, spacious and comfortable unit!

We loved every minute of our stay, the unit is just as described. It is spacious, has a great layout and the beds are really comfortable. The unit is very close to the hot tub - which was great. We drove 5 minutes to Canyons for free parking, took a quick Uber to Park City one night, and also drove to easy dining 2-5 minutes away. We want to come back!

Great condo in Snyderville

We really enjoyed our stay. So peaceful (didn't hear any other tenants) the entire 3 days! We had a baby who was fussy at times. I hope no one heard us too! We enjoyed the condo's location, the cleanliness, the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Would stay here again!

Clean, quiet property

Pros-The condo is very clean and the property is extremely quiet. I’m not sure we ever heard another neighbor the whole time we were there! It was a very cozy place to stay for vacation. My kids loved the bunk room and all of the beds were comfortable. Communication with the owner was very easy and quick! Check in and out process also very smooth. The pool is saltwater and very nice! Cons- while on the free bus route, the complex is a ways uphill so it’s quite a walk downhill to get to the bus stop. If you were planning to use it in winter, it would be a pretty big walk uphill with ski gear. We were expecting it to be right in front of the condo building itself and weren’t able to take advantage of the bus since the walk up was too much for our younger kids. The condo was sparsely stocked in a lot of areas compared to many VRBO rentals we have stayed in. There was *just enough* toilet paper to get us through our stay-no extra rolls anywhere, only a couple paper towels which we used up day 1, no extras in the kitchen that we usually see in vacation rentals like cooking oil, a few spices etc. one small baking sheet that didn’t fit a few things we needed it for, no trash can in one of the bathrooms… just things like that that certainly aren’t a deal breaker but do make for a more pleasant stay! Overall, I would stay here again and just come a little more prepared!
