Fantastic pet-friendly accommodation. Very comfortable with nice views and close to the beach. It had everything we needed, even table tennis! The host was great to deal with. We loved it

Lovely, thoughtful presentation of the property; very clean and excellently located with wonderful views. Despite it being winter, we were very warm and comfortable. Maxine's communication and guest information was detailed and helpful. Beds were comfortable and everything you would need for a short or long stay was provided. Highly recommend Surf Beach for your next getaway.

Relaxing night away

We had a fun, relaxing time at lady Bird. The kids loved the table tennis and large lawn area and so did our fur baby. Surf beach is a great beach for long relaxing beach walks.

Chillin on island time

Amazing little house, great views, access to the beach, bottleo, coffee and pizza within walking distance. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We had the best time at Lazy Birds. What a treat to stay so close to the beach, with views from the kitchen, lounge room and bedroom, we felt utterly relaxed. The house was a great size for our family of 5, and everything was so clean and comfortable. The kids were so sad to leave, we will be back!

Great place to stay

Amazing view, beautiful beach a couple of hundred metres away. Property clean and easy with plenty of space. Maxine had great communication. Would recommend.

A Gem

We were thrilled with our surf beach accommodation. The multiple living areas and ping pong table were helpful in entertaining our teenager and the views were great. We loved being able to walk to surf beach.

Our Stay at Surfbeach Vic

Maxine was a great host and has a great property in Surf beach Vic. We were to check in by 3pm but got there early, Maxine kept the home ready for us at noon which was great. The property is fantastic with all amenities. I would certainly revisit this property in the future without any hesitation and would strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a great time at Philip Island. Paddy.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views were great and the house was light and airy and spotlessly clean. Maxine is lovely to deal with and had included many extras which were much appreciated. We had not encountered such confortable seats, recliners! before and our pooch was so happy! Colleen and Graham

The house is perfect for a family of 5 and a dog. There’s plenty of space for everyone. The place is very clean and tidy and we really appreciate the welcome package we received. Our dog even had a welcome treat!

Excellent property for an ideal holiday getaway

We had booked this property over the Easter break. We heard excellent reviews about the property and our experience has been absolutely amazing. Communicating with Maxine has been great and she has responded timely. The house is an ideal holiday getaway , great location with close access to the beach. The property is well maintained and clean and Maxine was very helpful. The late checkout was an added bonus. We had an amazing and relaxing holiday and looking forward to coming back again . Great location.

Close to beach and bicycle track. Lovely spacious home would be good for 2 families. Excellent property manager friendly and very helpful. Couldn't ask for more the home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Relaxing get away

Able to stroll to surf beach for walks or swims. House well appointed to allow home cooking and eating watching the ever changing view if Swan Bay. Beautiful

Family getaway

Lovely 90’s style beach house with decent views, close to the main road and Smith’s Beach. Lots of space and bedrooms, almost everything you need. Needs some airing out, but otherwise was a great place to getaway with the family.

You struck an extremely humid weekend which can make the house a bit stuffy if windows aren't open but shall invest in reed diffusers to overcome that issue. We hope to see you again in the future.
