Best Vacation Stay

So comfortable & relaxing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We felt completely at home here! Initially we had booked another condo on the beach, and it was a disaster. After one night there, we found this gem and couldn't move fast enough. With 3 children and a dog, we knew the other place was going to make for a miserable vacation, and we were so happy to find this available. While we weren't on the beach, it turns out it didn't matter at all. Right behind our condo was a little pond, with ducks and geese right at your back door and the kids spent so much time just watching them. The pool was fabulous! And the property was fantastic for walking the dog, taking quiet walks, with plenty of yard space nearby for the kids to play. It was quiet and relaxing and the neighbors were very friendly. The condo itself was spotless, and had everything we needed. The whole place was like a sanctuary after our previous experience! I would definitely go back and wouldn't care that it wasn't on the beach. There are two state parks nearby with beautiful beach access, and we spent much of our time there. The condo was next to the golf course, and mini golf at the place next door was included with our stay. It was right in the heart of Garden City with all the restaurants nearby and a short drive to the Marsh Walk (which is a fantastic area to eat and hang out).Also, I can't say enough great things about the staff at Rose Realty, who we booked through for this condo. They were so helpful and so friednly! Due to our VERY last minute reservation, they got us in right then since it was vacant, and though they didn't think they would have a person available to put the sheets on the beds (and I didn't expect them to), we walked in to find that the person who took our linens to the condo had in fact made all the beds for us! I was so surprised and relieved, and it was so nice to walk in and just put our luggage down. And we felt right at home from the first minute we walked in!Absolutely would recommoned...5+ stars!!!!

Great Vacation again at Tupelo Bay Golf Villas!!!

We all slept very well and the accommodation was excellent. I have never been so relaxed in my whole life. Close to the beach and did not want to leave!!!

Amazing Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have used Rose Real Estate to enjoy this property for a number of years. This years stay did not disappoint. Tupalo Bay is a great place to stay. Having the Driving Range, Par Three and Executive Courses on site is a huge plus. The Ice Cream Shop and Putt Putt Course are very convenient as we do not have to leave the property to enjoy them.Villa #204 was clean and well maintained. Rose Real Estate provided great customer service. We recommend Rose and this property for a stay in The Grand Strand.

2/10 Terrible

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have frequented Myrtle Beach for many years. Staying in various different units within Tupelo bay. This unit appears to be clean from a distance but it isn't. There is dust and dirt everywhere from the fans to the floor. If you wipe the floor with a wet rag ut comes up black. Back sliding door doesn't lock, although a bar is being used to secure it. Bottom of fridge being held together with dirty tape..full of animal fur. We were welcomed with a dishwasher filled with dirty dishes. Ac unit froze while we were there. Had to take a few hours out of our day to wait for the repair man. He told us the filter hadn't been changed in forever and it contributed to the malfunction on the unit. Ac repair man was 45 min past the time he was supposed to arrive. While that is no fault of rose realty, they never called us back when we called to ask if they were still coming. Never did they call again to see if the unit was even working properly and our issue was resolved. Towel bar was hanging off the wall. Some things were minor, while some were significant. Together it all added up to mske us feel that it was not worth the amount of money we paid for it. It's a great, safe location, which is what brings us back every year. This particular unit appears to need some serious TLC. Not much put into it, seems the owner is just looking to make the biggest profit. Which who can blame them, but others should be aware

Nous avons adoré notre séjour condo, service et emplacement. Rose Réal Estate nous ont offert un service de navette gratuit pour se rendre à la plage situé à moins de 5 minutes en auto. Vraiment génial!

Tupelo Bay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year staying at Tupelo Bay. We absolutely love the area and the condos are beautiful and make us feel safe. This year for a few reasons was a disappointment and for that we will not be coming back to stay there next year. We had to clean the condo ourselves, it had not been cleaned at all. They did send someone to clean but she was only there maybe 20min got the kitchen and bathrooms. I was up until 2am cleaning it myself. We also had a very rude neighbor who kept coming up to my 14year old daughter complaining about our dog saying she wasn’t welcome due to her being a German Shepherd, even though she met weight requirements and we paid the deposit. After about the 4th time she approached my daughter my husband tried to speak to her at that point she said we were a bunch of rednecks who didn’t belong and that he could go F himself.

Love Love Love

Loved this condo!! It was clean, spacious and in a great location, close to everything. We had our Shih Tzu with us and it was so nice and easy to walk him. We would highly reccomend this condo and we will definitely rent it again.
