Great house and location

The house was perfect for our family! Beach was easily walkable and the outdoor area was large and well kept.

wonderful Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was our favorite! Plenty of room for my family of 10, three generations. Its proximity to the water and quiet beach was a big hit! The downstairs "games" were loved by the grandboys. The dining table was big enough to accommodate all. The yard and house are well kept. Plenty of toys, boogie boards, and lawn games for our use. Thanks, we'll be back!

Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our extended family vacation, mid cape, close to beach, etc. We look forward to going back in future years. Our only complaint was that we wish the beach was more dog friendly. Otherwise the house was perfect for our needs.

Great house and location in Dennisport

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in West Dennisport was comfortable. Our only criticism was the beds in the bedroom on the first floor that had 2 queen size beds were noisy and one had a matress that sunk in the middle. Maybe time to replace the mattress?

Colonero Cape Cod vacation 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at the Cape for over 30 years. It started out as just two of us, then four of us, and now 11. We have always stayed in either Dennis or Dennisport as it’s a central location. The rental at 12 Birch Hill Rd. is ideal for our family size. It’s a great location just a few houses away from the beach. The house is in very good condition and has many amenities especially the game room in the basement. This is our second year renting at this location and we will most likely continue.

Great vacation in Dennisport!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 3 generation family of 10 recently stayed in Dennis. The house was lovely! Recently renovated, not luxury, but exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Plenty of beds and bathrooms, large kitchen and a family dining table with plenty of room for everyone. Beautiful outside table and chairs, view of the ocean and a great yard for the kiddos to play in.They really went out of their way to think of everything to make the stay perfect.

Our 2026 family vacation on Cape Cod

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth year renting this property. It’s situated on a private road. Just a short walk to a small beach. Our group consists of seven adults and four children and there is plenty of room for all of us. Basement is finished with a number of table games:pool, ping-pong, air hockey and foosball. The properties well taken care of and we always find it clean when we arrive. There is a deck with furniture for sitting outside and there is a large yard. I would highly recommend this property.
