OUTDOOR
The private spacious patio features a five burner BBQ, outdoor dining table for four and a fire feature for the cooler nights! Plenty of shade from the patio cover and umbrellas! Catch some sun and read a book while relaxing on the chaise lounge! Enjoy a glass of wine next to the fire feature or a have a beautiful evening with your family or friends!
INDOORS
This unit features newer kitchen appliances and all that you need to have a great vacation! The kitchen features a two person breakfast bar, dining table for six. The living room provides ample seating and the comfortable sofa is perfect for catching a game or movie with your loved ones on a 50in. Smart TV. The kitchen and dining room conveniently connect to the outdoor patio area. Full size washer and dryer are provided along with a one car garage.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Main bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, a 42in. TV w/ Cable Service and a large main bath with walk in closet. The guest room offers a queen bed, large closet, and is located on the opposite side of the main bedroom, perfect for privacy.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Sun City Palm Desert offers a variety of community amenities, including golf, two premium fitness facilities with a large selection of free weights, weight machines, cardio machines, TRX style suspension equipment, stretching areas, swimming pools, changing lockers and showers, and more. One fitness center has an indoor track for all-weather walking or jogging, five pools, three with 75 foot lap lanes for swimming or walking, 1 is indoors and all have jetted hot tubs, Fitness classes including Water and Dance Aerobics, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Tai- Chi, Line Dancing, Ballet and more. There are 20 tennis, Paddle & Pickleball courts and 8 Bocce courts for residents to use. A fee of $25 per person is required to register for use of facilities, registration must be completed onsite with the HOA management company. The registration fees are not included in the rental rates.
The minimum age for this property is 55 years.

Very Happy!
We enjoyed our stay in Sun City Palm Desert very much. It was better than a “rental” as the place was furnished like a “home”. Everything that we needed was supplied and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely like to return!

The house was beautiful. The response of the company managing the house was fast and satisfactory. We would love to stay there next winter but it was already fully booked. After a brief difficulty in getting privileges as "renters" it was settled and we had full privileges at Sun City. I would suggest that a signed letter be available to future renters to avaid this isssue,

Nicely furnished and equipped house, good location, and the complex has lovely greenways and facilities. Nice back patio to spend time at. The management company didn't provide the required signed permission to register to use the facilities--there's a fee for the card to use the pools, etc. so it was a big hassle to get that straightened out. I suspect they hadn't really had any experience with Sun City or they would have provided it upon entry and explained the process as well.
