All the Comforts of Home!

One bedroom attached cottage, 10 minutes south of Natchez. Pets under 20 pounds allowed., must be crated when left alone. Dine in kitchen features full size appliances including range, microwave, full size refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Bedroom includes one queen bed, dresser and walk in closet. There is one single size pull out sofa bed in living room.( appropriate for a child or very small adult). Space is also equipped with washer and dryer. Bathroom is furnished with tub/shower combo and separate toilet/sink area. There is a 42 inch TV with Roku, Starlink wi-fi included. The cottage also features a full size desk/work area.

Natchez Weekend

Property located within a short drive of activity for historic home tours. Loved a quiet rural locale . Necessary amenities such as dining and city core were all nearby. Host was accommodating and friendly. Great stay !

Private. Quiet. Full of amenities such as; full kitchen, amble room and very nicely appointed with furniture. Includes washer and dryer. Highly recommend. About 10-15 mins drive to Natchez.

All The Comforts Of Home

My mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect home away from home! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Christine was very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable. I don’t think that we could have found a better place to stay!

Wonderful stay!

Christine is an attentive and kind host. The cottage is cozy and really does have all the comforts of home. This was my 2nd time to stay at this property and will again in future. The neighborhood is gorgeous, quiet and feels safe. I definitely recommend this property!

This was a perfect place to stay away from the hustle of downtown. The accommodations were lovely and our host was fantastic. Even had a friendly visit with a pot belly pig! You will not be disappointed if you go to this property.

Christen was the best host and our stay was absolutely the best.

We highly recommend this property if your looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay as your touring Natchez. It’s only a few minutes to everything in Natchez and your in this beautiful neighborhood hid away from all the noise. We most definitely will be making this spot ours each time we visit Natchez MS. Thanks Christen for a wonderful weekend.

Golf Trip

I was in Natchez to play in a two day golf tournament at Beau Pre. This cottage was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean, quiet, and safe and only located 4 miles from the course. In the evenings we drove into Natchez to enjoy some local favorites (Magnolia Grill and Old South Winery). We look forward to staying here again next year.

Road warrior

I was in the area working for a couple of days and really did not want to stay at a hotel. This was a Beautiful/ Comfortable alternative. Unfortunately I did not get to enjoy it as much as I would have loved to, but I will definitely be back - next time on a leisurely relaxing trip. It had All the amenities of home!!

Comfortable and safe

I was traveling for work alone and I am so glad I found this place! It felt like home! The neighborhood is secluded but I felt very safe, and the owner was very kind and checked in on me, which I really liked. The bed was super comfortable and it has all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend! ❤️

Great Weekend

It was a great weekend except for the canceling of Angels on the Bluff. Enjoyed the Farmers Market again and walking through the Antique stores. As always, we enjoyed ourselves and our Stay at Waverly. Thanks, Christine.

A lovely stay at the property near Natchez.

We had a lovely and pleasant stay. The house was very clean and homey. We had everything we needed. Christine was very kind and accommodating. The only issue we had is the folding bed in the living room which wasn’t comfortable for an adult. A thick mattress topper would make it suitable to sleep comfortably.

Nice Place!

Waverly Cottage had everything I needed for a week-long stay. The owner has all of the little details covered. The bed and furnishings were very comfortable, and it's surprisingly private, even thought it's attached to the main house. Christine was very nice and very accommodating. I will return!

Solo Weekend in Natchez

Christine was the perfect host! After telling her I was visiting Natchez for the weekend for a solo getaway, I asked if she could recommend some local boutiques, mom-and-pop restaurants, and general sites to visit. She sent me a suggested itinerary for each day of my stay, and her recommendations were perfect for my taste. The property was exactly as described, and everything was impeccably clean and tidy. Everything I needed to make my stay comfortable was available. I was pleasantly surprised when Christine allowed me check in a bit earlier than her posted time since my drive from my home in New Orleans didn't take as long as expected. I love that her property is located on a semi-private street, and the park-like setting is peaceful and beautiful. Christine was available to greet me upon my arrival and chat a bit with me, and she was as friendly as I had hoped! I plan to make another visit soon and spend more time in Natchez to do the things I didn't have time to do. I will definitely be booking with Christine when I do!

Gorgeous peaceful place

We were so pleased we chose this property. We had to evacuate a hurricane in New Orleans. She allowed us to book this at the last minute when we knew we had to leave. Not only that, I had to return to New Orleans to take care of things and she held the place as we left it in case we had to turn around and come right back which we did have to do. Under all that stress it was so great to be able to come right back to the same place. The place is just beautiful. It’s very relaxing and comfortable. She has a great choice of books and a large TV. She had everything we needed to cook. She was available anytime we needed anything such as advice about where to get food or groceries. We had a desk so we could do our work and the other one could work at the kitchen table. Everything about it was comfortable and convenient. We loved the neighborhood. We loved being able to take a walk among the trees. It was quiet and peaceful. We will definitely come back here anytime we evacuate in that direction. It would be great for somebody wanting to have a vacation in Natchez.

Amazing as always!

Me and my fiancé stay here every year for Thanksgiving while visiting family. There is NO other place I’d rather stay! It’s just like being at my own home. This little place is amazing and wallet friendly. I HIGHTY recommend stay here to everyone if you get the Chance! Christine is AMAZING and very welcoming.
