While issues weren't specified other than the rates, your low scores for the housekeeping and property condition indicate problems you may have experienced. We hope that whatever issues you may have had, you reached out to us so that we could address them. We truly regret the housekeeping issues you experienced during your stay, and we have reduced the housekeeping fee paid and provided compensation. All beachfront doors at Sandpiper are being repaired; we have a contract with those repairs on schedule. As a valued customer with us for many years, you receive the Valued Customer Rate, rather than the listing rate for a year out. I see that you have rebooked this condo for next year; we have four other beachfront units that are available, and I encourage you to look at the pictures of these to see if one of them will suit your family better than this unit that you have stayed in for the past four years.
