Condo was clean, very private, and quiet. We love it here. This was our second year coming back to this particular condo. The only thing I COULD complain about is the night shift security guard, but I won’t do that because I know he is just doing his job. This is the first year he was present at the property, and speaking with other guests, no one was a fan of him.

The location was perfect and beautiful

We will happily be back, the place was clean, right where we wanted to be, juat a walk to the beach, the pools were very nice.

Lovely home & amenities!

We enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful, close to the beach in walking distance. Had plenty of stuff, the beds were comfy & the pillows slept like a dream. Perfect for my family ❤️

All in all it was a great stay in Panama City Beach. I have absolutely no complaints. The property was great and well located.

Family fun in the sun

The townhouse was just what we needed! Access to the beach was awesome and the pools were a fun place when the ocean was rough. The owners were kind and answered all our questions. You literally just need clothes and food you like everything else is there for you to use. The decor was very beachy and they even have an outdoor grill. We had such a good time we will be back!

Family spring break

We had a wonderful time at the property!!! Everything we had hoped for!! This was our first “family vacation” as a combined family and it was an amazing experience for everyone!! We will for sure be booking again!!!

Loved our vacation

I just want to thank the owners,i have been coming down for 30+years and your place had everything you could ask for,i got my faith back by everything feeling safe for my grandbabies who i brought down with us,the pool areas were great also and being able to pull in front of your apt and not have to waite on elevators was a big plus,thank you for sharing your home.the williams

The house is equipped with everything you need.(extra everything)It was very clean, spotless. I will def go again. Same with the place in general. 5 min walk from the beach.

The condo was nice. The A/C did not cool the upstairs. Used the fan, but didn’t help. Called the after hours number, never got a call back.

Upstairs never cooled off...stayed hot the whole trip. Hard to sleep when sweating.

Hi Joshua, thank you for your review and we shared it with the homeowner. They did not hear from you during your stay and wish you would've contacted them if you were too warm. They report the A/C isn't broken and works well. We appreciate your feedback.

Review

We loved the location and the amenities, however, I was told that parking would only be 20$ and sent promo codes, but parking turned out to be 47$ per vehicle which drastically cut into our budget for the weekend. Also, the website said there would be laundry detergent but there was not. There was also only one extra trash bag and the oven mitts were stashed under the kitchen sink so we did not locate those until the morning we were leaving.

Cute two story townhome in a great location. walking distance to beach, and Walmart, Winn Dixie and restaurants all within minutes drive. The community is great, pool is nice and easily accessible. The temperature between the first and second floor does vary to where as soon as you go up the stairs it feels warm, but it's manageable. the rooms have ceiling fans which help a lot . I loved the balcony in the larger bedroom . Only downfall was that the text I received right before check in had extra instructions on what is expected upon check out, which the initial email requests that the dishwasher gets ran, but the last minute text asks that you to also put the dishes up before you leave. I understand leaving some sort of order in the place, but I'm there on vacation, the last thing I want to do to close out my vacay is a chore ; they also ask you to bag all your trash and find the dumpster. Would highly recommend your cleaning crew does this, as it does put a little damper of stress to close out the visit . Other wise all else was great !!!

Fun Beach Location

Excellent location to beach activities. Unit was very well equipped and comfortable for 8 people. Private upper balcony was a perfect place to have a cocktail and unwind from the day. We will stay again and recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.
