Home with everything

This house had everything we needed, plenty of sleeping space, and seperate areas for adults and children. The spa was a hit with everyone. Walking distance to the beach. Central location to shops, penguins and other attractions.

Roomy Clean Comfortable

we were pleasantly surprised at the space and ample beds of this property it was better than it appeared in advert. location was great easy to access plenty of car space and a great backyard. thank you

Nice spacious house, ideal for big groups, but spa wasn't hot enough. Couldn't find out if a late check out was possible despite asking a few times

Dangerous rug in floor didn’t take long to have child fall and hit their head ,told the holiday accomodation people but was ignored , sent pics of dust ect in the home that was ignored won’t be using stayz any more as it all about money not people and safety

While we regret that this stay did not meet your expectations, we wish to clarify that we remained actively engaged from the outset and made consistent, genuine efforts to address concerns as they were raised throughout the stay, including offering reasonable solutions at the time. Communication during this booking was challenging due to the guest; however, despite this, we acted professionally and in good faith, and we’re disappointed that our attempts to resolve matters did not leave the guest feeling satisfied.

Overall a good stay

A good location and plenty of space. Just a couple of things that could be better was no linen or towels provided unless arranged beforehand which was very surprising considering the price of the property. Although, it was mentioned in the finer details of the confirmation email which I didn't go through properly and I think most of the people will miss it. The outside area was also not the cleanest and very usable as opposed to the photos. However, the spa was good fun. An overall satisfactory stay.

Property was lovely, but property management was disappointing

Loved the house and we had such a great time as a family, however the property management really let our experience down. We rang and spoke with Caleb as soon as we checked in to ask what was happening with the TV. We found it was missing from the upstairs lounge room and found a damaged one in the garage. We explained that it was forecast to rain for the next 4 days and we really needed a TV to entertain the kids for the next few days. He could not have cared less and didn't do anything about it. The bathroom upstairs had a faulty lock on it and my son was locked in for half an hour. The spa was not very clean, the water was white.

Big spacious home away from home

We had a great stay here over the weekend. The place is big and spacious and the outside set up is really nice for a bbq and some drinks. would definitely recommend staying here for a holiday.
