Quiet & family friendly resort with very competitive rates to ski. ACROSS ROAD - Large lodge with outdoor swimming pool (open all winter), 4 hot tubs, sauna, fitness center and kids arcade game room with video games, pool tables, air hockey, candy machines. Across highway: large Kroger grocery store & pharmacy, liquor store, gas station, McDonalds, Subway, Dominos Pizza. Medical center is 2 miles away and open every day 24/7.
—Spacious third-floor (top floor) condo with vaulted ceilings located INSIDE RESORT of Granby Ranch Ski & Golf Resort, just two hours from Denver Airport. Enjoy on-site downhill skiing & snowboarding, Nordic skiing trails & cross country ski rentals, award winning golf course, kids golf lessons, hiking, fishing, fly fishing, and mountain biking & mountain bike rental —all right there. Only 20 minutes to Winter Park Ski Area & Mary Jane Ski Area, 20 min to Rocky Mountain National Park and 20 min to Grand Lake a charming town with old fashioned boardwalk, 60 shops & restaurants, sandy beach & boat rentals. — Ten minutes from Sombrero Stables with winter horse drawn sleigh rides in the mountains and horseback riding with cowboy dinners. Only 10 min to YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch which has ice skating & ice skate rentals, downhill tubing, hiking, fishing, cross country skiing & cross country ski rentals.

Full kitchen well stocked with EVERYTHING you have at home.
Top-floor unit with vaulted ceilings & beautiful Rocky Mountain views from the balcony/deck. NO ELEVATOR (36 steps).
Two balconies - larger balcony off living room with table & 6 chairs for outdoor dining with Mountain views. A second small balcony off of primary bedroom with table & 2 chairs.

Across street at lodge: Pool —saltwater pool is well heated and open year-round in winter, 4 hot tubs (2 indoor & 2 outdoor) fitness center & a kids arcade game room with video games, air hockey, pool tables, candy/soda vending machines. DAILY FEE to use pool & fitness center across street is $10 adults and $5 kids for an ALL-DAY pass.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, private ensuite bathroom, and small balcony with table & two chairs. Small TV in primary bedroom. Armoire opens into a fold-out desk. We DO have Wi-Fi in our condo. Wi-Fi can be spotty in the mountains at times.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with two stacked DOUBLE beds (sleeps 4 people)
• Extra twin mattress and a toddler mattress stored under beds.
• New Graco Pack & Play crib and New umbrella stroller provided. Kids board games, kids books, crayons, coloring books and a few toys.

Bathrooms:
Two FULL bathrooms (one ensuite/in the master bedroom, one bathroom in hallway), both with tub & shower.

Living & Dining:
• Cozy living room with gas fireplace, cable TV & Wi-Fi (Wi-fi & cell phones can be spotty in the mountains! Sorry there’s nothing we can do.)
• Dining table seats 6; breakfast counter seats 4.
• Many board games for adults and kids and puzzles.

Balconies:
Two balconies with Rocky Mountain views.
• Main balcony off living room with table & 6 chairs.
• Smaller balcony off primary bedroom with cozy table & two chairs.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen that has everything just like at home! Granite countertops, new appliances (new oven/stove & new dishwasher), coffeemaker, toaster, crockpot, blender, cookware, many dishes, and utensils.

Laundry:
Washer & dryer INSIDE our condo, plus iron & ironing board.

Resort Amenities (across the street at the Lodge):
• Heated outdoor saltwater pool (open year-round) daily fee to use $10 adults, $5 kids for all day pass.

Nearby Attractions:
• Rocky Mountain National Park: 20 min. away – $30 per car. Make Reservations online ahead of time, they limit the number of cars allowed in per day.
• Winter Park Resort: 20 min – Winter skiing, summer alpine slide, mini-golf, climbing wall, bungee trampoline. Also many gift shops, clothing shops, ski shops, restaurants & Coopers Creek.
• Grand Lake: 20 min away– Historic boardwalk, charming town, 60 shops & restaurants, ice cream shops, gift shops, art shops, clothing shops, public sandy beach picnic tables, and boat rentals. —Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater in Grand Lake (Previous musicals were Disney Frozen, Footloose, Guys & Dolls, and Christmas themed shows). Grand Lake has fireworks on 4th of July and also New Years Eve.
• YMCA Snow Mountain Ranch: 10 min – Ice skating, downhill snow tubing, zip lines, horseback riding, hiking trails , fishing. Swimming pool and more.
• Sombrero Stables: 10 min – Horseback riding in summer, winter horse-drawn sleigh rides in the scenic Rocky Mountains!

• Must be age 25+ to rent condo (photo ID required).
• No air conditioning in the entire complex of buildings (cool dry mountain climate & it’s cool at night, no humidity, fans provided)
