This is a beautiful condo that has 4 separate sleeping areas for big families like ours. Don’t hesitate to rent this condo for your family.

We stayed here while moving our ERAU student on to campus. Located at the end of the driving on the beach zone was an added plus. Owner super nice and easy to communicate with. We had no issues on our trip, it was amazing and we will be back!

Fabulous stay! The condo was perfect for us, we were 8 with one child, and there was plenty of room in the dining and living area. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming. The second floor is the perfect height to see the ocean! A experience!

Perfect location! Beach access great and pool and hot tub was clean. Condo was spacious and comfortable. We did have connectivity issues with phone calls inside the condo and balcony.

Beautiful

This condo was absolutely gorgeous and the area was so nice. We enjoyed staying here. It was so beautifully furnished. Thank you for letting us use your place for our 2 week getaway.

Great vacation spot

This condo was perfect for us. Close to beach. Love it being on 2nd floor. Makes it so much easier. Beautifully decorated and clean.

Great location, clean, beautiful views

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for us during bike week. Although parking was limited we never had trouble finding a spot.

Graduation Stay

Condo located in great location. Beautifully decorated and open floor plan. The patio was a great place to watch the sunrise. Dennis the owner was fantastic !Great communication. I’ve stayed on many VRBO’sand this one was the best so far!Thanks Dennis !! The Sartin & Hitchcock Clan

Family trip

It was an amazing experience Dennis was great from check in to check out, we where very sad that the hurricane took out the pool but we still enjoyed the beach. The place is so clean and now that we are home we miss the waves crashing in the am!

Summer Fun

Great location! We had a really great time, even though the building had damage to the pool and hot tub area making it unusable. The beach was great, and the area had fun things to go do! Hoping to have the chance to stay again and have the pool and hot tub to enjoy!

Condo was great. Very roomy. Great views. Parking is limited. We had three cars in the 4 bedroom condo and had tobpark one off site.

Perfect!

We have stayed in many different condos in our 20+ years of visiting the Daytona area and this was by far our favorite. It was quiet, safe, secure, extremely clean and well maintained. The location was perfect, the pool, deck and hot tub were clean and large enough that you weren't on top of other guests. The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. Communicating with Dennis was easy. I highly recommend it.

Really enjoyed the condo

The owner is very responsive and kind. The view and location are amazing. Bedding was comfy. Everything you need is there. Once you figure out the garage/elevator system its easy to get in and out. Property feels very safe, location is great and tenants are super friendly. Very well maintained. The pool area was damaged by last years storm but well under way of being repaired. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

What a beautiful place! We have been going to Daytona Beach for over 30 years and staying at another resort. Their pool wasn’t ready, so we found Sanibel Resort. Unfortunately, we found out a few weeks before we came that their pool wouldn’t be ready either, but we decided to keep our reservation and were beyond happy that we did. The place was absolutely beautiful, clean, and the beach access through the parking garage was perfect! Our kids and grandkids stayed in the unit with us and we had an awesome week on the beach! We also loved the privacy and security of the building. As many memories as we have at our former condo, we loved everything about Sanibel and can’t wait to come back!
