The locality and views are certainly a special part of the experience. We are genuinely sorry to hear that the cleanliness did not meet expectations. This feedback has been formally provided to the cleaning company that looks after this unit and is currently being reviewed internally, with additional training being completed to ensure this standard is upheld moving forward.
