Step into `The Sit and Stay Cabin`, a new standard of cabin with a prime location in the Red River Gorge area. This newly constructed tiny cabin was finished in June of 2022, and it shows! The Sit and Stay Cabin offers a modern take on your standard, rustic cabin and has sleeping arrangements for 6. This cabin may be tiny, but it has all of the essentials and will leave money in your wallet for numerous adventures.

- Please note this cabin offers sleeping arrangements for 6 but is designed and optimized for groups of 4.
- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (standard coffee maker, microwave), charcoal grill, Smart TV, WiFi, covered porches w/ outdoor furniture, fire pit, hot tub and more!
- Sleeping Arrangements: Bedroom: Full Size Day Bed | Loft 1 - Queen Futon Style Mattress (Recently Updated) | Loft 2 - Queen Futon Style Mattress (Recently Updated)

- Please note: the Wolfe County Demolition Derby is located across the street from the Sit and Stay Cabin. Events are not held every weekend but may also be scheduled on short notice. You can check out the schedule on H & F Motorsports page.
- We provide fresh linens and towels. We also provide an Essential Starter Packs to make your stay easier! (Includes 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 shampoos/3 conditioners, 3 bar soaps, 3 trash bags, 1 sponge). You will also need to bring your own firewood and charcoal for the grill. Please purchase firewood locally.
- Please note that the cabin is located up a steep gravel driveway. (Keep going and don`t stop!) Limited parking; vehicles exceeding 2 please park at the local park and ride and carpool to the cabin. Trailers Prohibited.
- Prime Red River Gorge location - Close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sight-seeing, restaurants, and much more!

- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

This was SUCH a cute little cabin!! Perfect for a girl’s trip! It was close to EVERYTHING, but also far enough that we couldn’t hear the highway traffic at all. Sweet deer and turkey buzzards or pheasants would walk in the field across from the cabin so we could sit on the porch and watch them with our coffee :) The hot tub was great for night time relaxation after hiking! You definitely needed to be a bit agile to sleep up on the lofts- I may have bunked my head a time or 2 while sleeping up there and needed to dress down on the first floor, but it was totally doable for a trip for 2. The kitchen was great for one person to cook or be in at a time, but it was easy enough to sit and talk from the dining or living room while the other was in the kitchen. The shower definitely had lower ceilings, so it might be a bit tough for taller people (we were both between 5’3” and 5’6” and fit just fine)The camping area was a nice little addition though there was a bit of a steep incline to get to it, which could be a bit challenging following all the rain.Would definitely stay here again!!
