Nestled directly on the lake and shores of Chinaman's island, this retreat offers luxury living at its best that all the family can enjoy.
The spacious living areas indoors and out look out to a beautiful pool and views of the reserve and lake beyond. The huge backyard is big enough for a family footy or cricket match, boasting the perfect position to make supervision of the children easy whilst letting bigger people do what they want to do.
Our home is a stone throw to the Yacht club reserve, perfect for anyone who wants to moor their boat, join in on Parkrun on Saturday morning or lap up the beautiful parkland including a playground for the children.
The high end appointed and spacious kitchen with butler’s pantry will surely appeal to the holiday entertainer!
Upstairs , the house has 3 spacious bedrooms including a huge master bedroom with its own balcony and views, 2 bathrooms, separate powder room as well as a study nook.
Directly out your back gate take a stroll around Chinaman's island where you can fish, enjoy the incredible birdlife and the stunning sunset's and sunrises.
And if you don't feel like cooking, turn right out the gate and stroll to The Sebel restaurant and bar which is a glorious 15 minute walk away. For golf lover's their Blackbull Golf course will impress.
Our guests also love the proximity of the home to the Yacht club and it's children's playground, BBQ and picnic area overlooking the lake. Further on around the lake you will discover the waterpark, Paddle steamer's and Sunday market.

The host of this property was amazing very accommodating and easy to get along . Property was very well equipped and clean it was perfect for our family of five.

This was my second time staying at the property and I couldn’t recommend it more, the owners of the house are lovely and have turned the house into a beautiful and comfortable stay, it’s in a perfect location to get to the lake and a nice 5-10 minute walk from the Sebel. Me and my family had a great time and would recommend it to anyone that is looking to enjoy a nice stay.

Holiday New Year Stay
The house & property are in a beautiful serene location. The house was very clean & offered all aspects of what is needed on a holiday stay, especially the outside spray misters & pool. The lovely surrounds with easy walks around Chinamans island & short walk to the Sebel for a morning coffee. Exactly what we were looking for. Great & easy communication with the friendly hosts.

We loved staying here the night before and night of our wedding!! Jo and Mark were so supportive and were easy to communicate with, so prompt. Great location and a beautiful home. Fully equiped kitchen was a real treat. Pool and BBQ area was perfect for us. Very easy to deal with. Super comfortable bed and bedding. Walk to town, fishing moments away, perfect weather. Thank you

Better than perfect!
We recently had an amazing 4 night stay over the Easter long weekend and we didn't want to leave! The house itself is somehow even nicer than what it appears in the pictures, and the communication with Jo felt like chatting to an old friend (which made staying in the house feel like home the second we arrived). It was quite possibly the cleanest property we have ever stayed in (hotels included!) and it felt like guests' every need had been thought of and catered for. On top of everything else, the location is absolutely fabulous - a short drive to town and a wonderful track at the back of the property for walking/riding along the lake to the Sebel for sunset drinks. We cannot wait to stay again.

We came back from travelling around Australia and we couldn't resist buying a home where we have spent our family holidays year after year. Its been our forever dream to have a waterfront property and so close to everything we love doing, from golf to fishing and boating. We also love just popping down to the Sebel resort for a coffee in the morning.

We love being central to the township of Yarrawonga, whilst being on the foreshore of the Lake and everything it has to offer. The Chinamans Island walking track, Yacht Club and Sebel resort are just out our back gate.

The proximity of the home to the nature reserve and lake makes for a peaceful retreat. It is close to town and of course the amazing wine region of Rutherglen.
The home itself has been thoughtfully designed for family living and entertaining. The presentation of the home has been creatively designed with high end furnishings and pieces. The practical and aesthetic elements all come together beautifully.
