Excellent location in the heart of Pass-a-Grille near the intercoastal and the Gulf. We would definitely stay again.

La Tortuga was everything we hoped it would be! It’s a quaint historic building that is clean, well preserved, nicely maintained and the location is perfection! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was fantastic….clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. I can’t say enough about the location. 8th Ave is the place to be at Pass-a-Grille. Close to the beach, good eats and good treats. I have to give a shout out to The Seahorse right across the street….excellent breakfast and lunch!! We will stay here again for sure! Thank you Brandon and La Tortuga for making our anniversary weekend great and very memorable!

Great location, easy to access beach, nice amenities including beach chairs and a cooler for use. The walls are a little thin so a noise machine is helpful.

Great location

Beautiful studio apartment perfect for a getaway. Pool was awesome. Just a minute walk to see sunrise and sunset.

Peaceful, convenient, charming, nice view.

It’s nice and convenient to stay in the heart of this small beach town. Shops and restaurants are close, as is the beach and the inter coastal waterway. This recently renovated old building is charming with modern conveniences. We loved it.

Great location near the beach, restaurants and bars.The place itself was neat, well organized and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy, plenty of storage space. Pool area was very nice and relaxing. Quiet at night as well. We appreciated the availability of beach chairs, umbrella, towels and a cooler! Also loved the bicycles available downstairs.The only 2 items that would help: 1- hot water took a number of minutes to arrive at the shower. 2- the dehumidifier filled up and shut off, so instructions on emptying it would have been useful. We figured it out eventually.Thanks for letting us stay there!

Great Stay on our MiniMoon

Me and my newly wed wife spend some time at Pass-A-Grille every year. This is first time at Theis location. It was a great stay. The complex is secure and pass codes on every door. Parking is great. Walking distance to everything you would want to walk to at Pass-A-Grille. Will be back

On historic 8th Ave

The property is on historic 8th Ave with shops across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. The Seahorse is one of favorites and is very close. We stayed in Suite 3 and had a fabulous view out the windows. Just a short walk down the street to the beach. Not a lot of refrigerator space if you plan to do a lot of cooking but plenty of room for drinks and snacks. We plan to go back to La Tortuga again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The outside property was nice and up to date. The inside was comfortable and clean. There was a musty smell upon entering the building and in the room. It was a bothersome to smell. There was a dehumidifier that filled up twice during our stay. The shower also had a stain but again everything was very clean. Bed was comfy too.

Attractive Romantic Beach Nest

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Host was excellent at communication and customer service. Room is a bit small, but priced well for the size. Location and parking are outstanding. The walls are thin, and one can sometimes easily hear the next door neighbor. Keep this in mind when listening to music or staying up late. There are several units. I highly recommend speaking with the host about which unit is most suitable for the needs of your stay. Definitely worth checking out.

One day it will be relaxing just not today!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would write a comment but I rather just move on, I already made a Goodle review to share my thoughts. One day it will be great it's just not today, way to much construction going on.

Robert, you contacted our office before you booked and we let you know about all important information and we answered all your questions before you booked so going into the reservation you knew we were building a pool two lots over. On the day of check in you asked to be moved and we were completely sold out. For you to give us a bad review because of your wrong doing is beyond comprehension. We also have a disclaimer on our website about the pool construction. You are 86d from any of my Pass-a-grille properties moving forward and I will let the local owners know about you so they can be on the look out.. I do not need bad renters like yourself.

Great Location for Fishing

The in-room smoke detector was beeping when we arrived and continued to beep two of our four nights, but it was eventually fixed. Response was swift but follow through was lacking. Overall, an amazing experience.

The property is beautiful and there are many different areas to enjoy outside. #3 had gorgeous views of the water and Merry Pier. Everything was immaculate and staff was on site daily tending to the property. The communication from Brandon and his team was terrific! A beautiful new addition to PAG!
