The view from the property was superb, we walked out the door straight on to the beach. The apartment was well appointed and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice place, amazing location. annoying the water was turned off from 8am-5pm on the weekdays we were there due to construction. Not necessarily the hosts fault however would’ve dictated our stay if we had known earlier as it was frustrating not having a running water/toilet/shower/washing machine/dishwasher to use throughout the day. Nonetheless, loved waking up to the sound of crashing waves and view of sunrise in the lounge each morning

Fantastic location!

Great little apartment that fit our family of five without too much trouble. The location is amazing with the beach right at your doorstep. Sunrises were worth getting up for! A Woolworths was a block away, so groceries were easy to get. Along with numerous cafes and surf clubs nearby, we had a great time exploring the area.

Mermaid Beach paradise

Loved the location right on the beach. The apartment was pretty good with some modern upgrades. The checkin process was easy which is always helpful. There were some minor issues such as the wifi not working out entire stay and some other issues that I feel will be ironed out by the time the next guests stay. Honestly, the view is amazing and what more could you want.

The rooms and bathrooms well presented and comfortable. Unit had all we needed in it. Bit confusing when we had no power to the lights, and could not find the power box. The kitchen, dining and lounge area needs a good clean. Back and front doors were filthy with fluff and grit . Floor rug was filthy and stained, ends turned up (trip hazard). Under couches have not been vacuumed or broomed for a long while. Vacuum cleaner was useless and would not suck up anything . I swept out and done the floors with boiling water and floor cleaner to make them clean to walk on . Unbelievable how the rooms were perfect clean and fresh and the let down was the living area , the first part of what you see when you walk in . Apart from that , I would recommend this apartment to other family and friends .

Great spot, only negative was parking

Was a fantastic property, overall clean and well kept. Loved having the few little extra things around the house which made our stay more comfortable such as hair dryers, great laundry facilities, etc. Negatives was the listing said there was in sight parking. Not true, as far as we could tell there are indeed garages for the apartments in the complex, but there was no access to any of them for the unit rented. There are a few parks just out the front but being the extremely busy beach access point it is we often had to park down a block or two which certainly wasn’t ideal for the family especially with the little one. But sometimes we’d fluke one of the parks. Also couldn’t find any rubbish bins on the property, so ended up using the wheelie bin located out the front intended for general public at the beach access point. Over all was a fantastic stay! Great unit and super relaxing. Fantastic family friendly beach with life guards close by.

Excellent location

Excellent location, very happy to stay at your property, Thankyou. Our only feedback is we could not get into the garage, we had a key and were told it was our allocated car park but the door would not unlock and/or go up to the garage.

The location and value for this apartment was perfect. A lovely little surprise, so quiet and tranquil. Recommended.
