What a wonderful property. It was clean, the bed was super comfortable and accommodations were cozy. I was a solo traveler in town for a wedding and the restaurants and shops of Main street was just a ten minute walk away. Even better, Hickory House bbq is not even a block away and serves great breakfast, lunch and dinner. I'd stay here again!

I have been going to Aspen in the summer for 5 years—this is my favorite place I have stayed! 10/10. Lees was such a lovely and gracious host—excellent communication, clean space, walkable to everything, perfect for a solo traveler or couple. I can’t wait to book this place again for my next Aspen trip!

The cottage is adorable! While it is small, it offers everything you need for 2 people. We hope to rent this space again. The hosts are most accommodating and helpful. Would love to see it in the summer months as well.

Nice little apartment next to the main house. Perfect for my wife and I to base our trip to Aspen. Downtown is a short walk away and there are several stops nearby if you want to use Aspen's awesome free bus network.

We cannot say enough great things about this home! It's perfect location, cozy aesthetic, and welcoming guests made us feel like Aspen locals for the weekend. The bed was extremely comfortable, place was warm, and water hot. Mark and Lees have lovely taste and were super friendly throughout the weekend. We will most certainly be returning!

Peaceful and cozy retreat

We had a wonderful stay and location was perfect for providing much needed rest breaks from all the holiday cheer! Also just 2 blocks to the ski shuttle!

This quiet attached guest house was perfect for me. It was quiet, comfortable, and Lees, the owner, was great to work with. I will stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Aspen

Lovely carriage house with terrific hosts made our stay just perfect. Charming place with all that we needed for a long weekend. Really enjoyed the company of our hosts and loved coffee on the bench at the front door. Very comfortable bed and furnishings. We did not cook any meals and loved exploring Aspen’s fabulous restaurants.

Ski week

Came to Aspen to ski and experience the city. The carriage house was a great location, the hostess was sweet and welcoming and the decor is charming.

Great Location

Comfortable, quaint space. Close to ski resort...minutes drive to Aspen Highlands. Unbelievable friendly host, helpful and accommodating to needs.

Wonderful Stay in Aspen

This cozy little gem is within a 10 minute walk of everything Aspen has to offer. Lees was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely return!

Great little spot

My daughter and I had a great couple of days with this as our home base. It is cozy with lots of character. Small but all you need for two people to be quite comfortable. Very convenient location to the Aspen Institute and downtown.

Delightful cottage walking distance to downtown and Aspen meadows. Small but has everything you need. Immaculately clean. Want to return next summer.

Amazing home in Aspen

Lees and Mark are the most gracious, kind and attentive hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. Their beautiful and quaint carriage house is extremely clean, well located, and perfect for an Aspen getaway. It’s everything as advertised with the best hosts imaginable, who make you feel welcome and like family. I’ll absolutely be staying with them again!
