In the very heart of Downtown Ann Arbor, you will be only steps away from countless conveniences, shopping, and the best dining Ann Arbor has to offer, right outside your door. Attending a University of Michigan Football game? Walk there. Going out to a nice dinner or cocktails? Walk there. Visiting a student at U of M? You guessed it... walk! All the comforts of home can be found in this first floor duplex apartment we call a Guesthouse. Full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Guests love the large backyard garden with BBQ grill and seating area. Park your car and stay awhile or take the Transit Bus from the airport to a couple of blocks from here. You really don't need a car as this location is in the absolute center of downtown. Walk 5 blocks in any direction and you will have covered downtown Ann Arbor.

Charm in the core of Ann Arbor! Rental was great. It provided a wonderful and comfortable setting in the middle of town with easy and safe access to the vibe of Ann Arbor. Easy walk to stores and theaters along with a wonderful porch and outdoor setting to relax and get a feel for the people of town. Owners provide all the basics you could ask for to make it a comfortable stay and communicate was fantastic. A great stop in a great place! Thanks Nina

Great VRBO. Right next to university and to downtown Ann Abror. Clean and well stocked in terms of kitchen utensils etc. Manager/owner is very responsive and helpful in the event there are any issues. Would highly recommend staying at the Garden Flat for a visit to the University of Michigan.

Excellent stay with young kids

House was just the right size four our family of four. The location was excellent with young kids (1 & 3), within walking distance of the library, hands on museum, and coffee shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at a great location

Ann Harbor Guesthouse is a great place to stay! It’s so close to restaurants and campus and Ann Arbor is a fun city to be in. The host was very accommodating with our checkout which we so appreciated.

I stay busy running the Guest Houses in Ann Arbor staying in all 4 Guesthouses every other month or so, or I am in my art studio painting abstract art or gardening in the summer in the Smokies. I call North Carolina mountains my home but travel back and forth to Ann Arbor, enjoying my time in one of the 4 Ann Arbor Guest Houses. What a life!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I lived in this property back in the 90's and mentioned to the landlord a few years later that it would make a great Ann Arbor Guest House. He offered it to me in the Spring of 2012 and I got busy pulling it together. It is a work in progress. I love staying here and remembering the 'good 'ol days' when I would dart in and out of my apartment enjoying the fun filled life of living right in the middle of town.

Everything is within a 5 block walk, U of M, Main Street, Kerrytown! Okay, walking to the Stadium takes a few more blocks to get there. Having a parking space in town is a big plus if you think you need a car. Teeming life on the streets on the other side of your front door.
