Great place to Stay

Overall a very comfortable freshly renovated home. Very clean and tidy, just unpack and relax.We were in town for a family funeral and it was nice to come back to somewhere that felt so homely..

Great place

This was an ideal location for my family while we stayed in colac for a sailing event. This place was very clean and well stocked, from the portable fans in each room (great for the 36 degree days we had) to the kitchen with the essential (salt, pepper, foil etc) coovered.

Beautiful home

Had a great stay. Lovely family home with all amenities you could need. Very clean and cosy. Great communication with host and very easy check in. Would definitely recommend!

Great family home for comfortable stay :)

Would definitely recommend, lovely house in lovely location. Only suggestion would be undercover clothesline as it rained a lot and although there was a dryer, an undercover clothesline would be a green option. And a new battery for the clock! Great family home for comfortable stay :)

Colac near the lake

We enjoyed our stay at the house, great location near the lakethe reverse air-cond did not cope as well with the sudden cold snapThe second bed not as comfortable as expecting at this price point (sagging in the middle)

Family getaway

Cosy family friendly residence. Thoughtfully equipped for comfort in different seasons. Joanne was clear in her communication and the residence is near the Lake, so evening walks are very convenient. Easy to access shops nearby. Kids loved the lemon tree in the backyard. The only feedback we have is it might be good to change the dining chairs as the padding is wohollowed out.

2 night stay in Colac

We stayed in this house for two nights for a family wedding. The property itself was big enough for our family with three bedrooms. The cleanliness was poor given that there was bugs and dead moths on the window sills, the fittings and fixtures had an inch of dust on them. The bathrooms were cleaned but not thoroughly as there was a random used bar of soap on the window sill and marks all over the shower glass and mirrors. The towels were poor quality and need to be replaced asap. As well as the sheets and pillows which were so old and uncomfortable. This also included the mattresses which are in need of replacement. Well equipped in the kitchen but the overall cleanliness needs improvement asap including the sheets and linen and towels. Would not recommend until all this is changed.
