Surrounded by world class fishing, snorkeling, surf beaches and golf, enjoy gorgeous sun and moon rises as well as sunsets from this two story home with ocean views. This well maintained home away from home has been newly updated and furnished. More photos to follow. Discover and enjoy the quaint artistic town of San Jose with endless dining options . Close by (3 min drive or 20 min walk) is Fresko, a beautiful new grocery store with everything from fresh seafood, meats, bakery, pantry items, household items, wines, beer, liquors, and lovely produce. Just beyond Fresko is El Merkado (multiple cuisines, gelato, bakery, beer and tapas. Located behind is a hospital and lovely spa, Manoma, with daily yoga classes. A rental car is recommended for this location although a bus along the highway will take you to both San Jose and Cabo San Lucas.

Host was very kind and accommodating. Place was spacious, good AC, nice pool and playground in the complex. Very close to Fresko for shopping.

Perfect for 3 friends hanging out in Cabo

We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute of the stay. The Worths were very nice and welcoming, definitely would recommend!

Great house for our extended stay!

Well apponted house in a safe friendly neighborhood. A vehicle is required, to fully enjoy the area!

This is an excellent property in a safe gated community. The gated community has a shared pool with showers and washrooms, comfortable lawn furniture for a day at the pool. The house itself was clean, Beds were very comfortable, living area was comfortable with nice furniture, appliances were clean and ready to use. Property has a vacuum sealer if you want to package fish, two coolers to keep beverages cool at the beach, 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 lawn chairs that you can take to the beach . You will need a Vehicle to see all the sites in the Area. 10 minutes to Down Town San Jose Del Cabo and 15 Minutes to Cabo San Lucas. The Beaches are close Azul and Pamillia 5 minutes away by car. 10 minutes to El Tule beach that has fantastic sea glass picking at low Tide.The Fresko store close by about a 20 minutes hilly walk away has everything you need from food, beer and liquor to beach gear, clothes, pharmacy. Connie and Mike were fantastic to work with while we were staying at there property.

great location and value

place is spacious and very good value, close to San joe de Cabo, uber around is very affordable here so recommend stay here. The only challenge we had was the check-in process, waited outside looking to get in the house for an hour due to lack of communication from property manager. Suggest confirm check in process before go there.

Safe and secure

Loved the outskirts location yet still close to town and amenities. Grocery store very close as well as gas and food. Cabo San Jose just a few miles away and Cabo San Lucas roughly a 15-20 minute car ride. House is plenty big and comfortable with a unique backyard/patio setting. Community pool was very nice as well.

Dog barking

The house was just as expected, everything was really nice. However at night, one of the neighbors has a dog that barks all night long. Making it almost impossible to sleep through the night. So unless you are a heavy sleeper, this may not be the place for you.

We did not want to go home!

I cannot say enough good things about staying at this property! The first day we got there my kids instantly wanted to go swimming. The pool was a tad cold at first, but getting used to it wasn't a problem. My daughter (11) spent hours playing in the pool and felt safe walking to the pool or playground on her own. If you like surfing, Playa Azul is about 5 minutes away and is a GREAT beach to surf at. there's a fun little surf shop right on the beach that gives lessons or you can rent your own surfboard for the day. it was $50 for two boards for 3 hours. They didn't keep track of the time and just told us to go and have a fun time. You're not bothered by people trying to sell you items or anything like that. It's a chill beach where alot of locals hang out. My daughter REALLY wanted to swim with the dophins. We went to a place right in down town San Jose and she had a great time and also learned alot! They try to sell you photo package at outrageous prices, but it was still fun! I would HIGHLY suggest checking out Wild Canyon Adventures! while you're there. if you have your own car, just follow google maps and it will take you right there! Camel rides, horse back riding, zip lines, ATV rides and much, much more! for maybe $120 each person... it's totally worth the money. I also highly recommend connecting with Captian Pollo for a fishing charter! We paid $200 and he took us out for the entire day! we went snorkelling (we went to costco and purchased our own snorkelling gear which we used daily!), then took us to see whales and we caught two large fish. They filet them right on the dock. All in all, from the house we stayed at to the adventures we took I HIGHLY recommend the visit. Connie was SO welcoming and informative. I give this place my 5 star rating! Thank you Connie for allowing us the opportunity to visit this amazing location!
