This was our second trip to this nearly new cottage and hope it will not be our last.It has everything needed. Ample parking, the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and spacious. The adjacent family room has lots of seating. The bedrooms are beautiful and the whole place is nicely decorated. Three bathrooms are great as wellThe attached rear deck has a table for six, additional seating and a gas BBQ.The dock is a great feature as it has a roof/sun deck setting it into the bay, a place for quiet relaxation. For more physical activity there is a canoe, kayak and paddle boards (oars and life vests too).We wish we had been able to stay longer.Mark B

Great location! Lake is clean and provides a beautiful view. It was really nice to have access to the Kayaks and paddle boards. Cottage was clean and comfortable. Host was highly responsive.

Terrific family stay

Neelam’s cottage is beautiful, spacious, clean and full of thoughtful touches. The kitchen was very well stocked and the waterfront (dock, boat slip, sundeck and clean lake) were amazing! Perfect for families.

We had a great week in a superb cottage. It is exceptionally well designed, decorated and equipped. There are a number of places to dine or relax on the property including the upper deck to the boat dock.Parking for 3 or more is a bonus.We would not hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful location, well appointed property

Booked this awesome VRBO for a trip to Muskoka with extended family - what an awesome trip! The cottage is brand new and has everything you could want for your stay. Spacious living space, comfortable beds, and an awesome yard and lake access on a quiet bay. A really excellent vacation!

We had a wonderful week at the cottage with our family. We spent many days on the water with the kayaks and the standup paddle boards that were provided. The lake is beautiful with clear waters for exceptional swimming and stunning views of the surrounding nature. The cottage is very well designed, extremely clean and provided all of the comforts of home. We would certainly look to return to this beautiful location in the future.

Modern Muskoka Escape

Really well appointed, new build cottage. Nice touches for children, lots to do, good mix of sun and shade. Lake and activities are great for young kids. Owner was very responsive. Overall amazing vacation, would recommend!

Great vacation. Great cottage.

Beautiful, new cottage on the lake. All the amenities in the cottage and SUPs, kayaks and a canoe. Really nice 2 story dock with beautiful views right on the water. Good location as well in a quiet bay and easy access by boat to the marina in Huntsville for those wanting to rent a boat. We had a great time.

Beautiful, comfortable spot

We really enjoyed our stay - the place is well equipped and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, modern amenities, great boating options, and many nice little touches throughout. The bedding situation (bunks) can be a bit tight for multiple adults. That end of the lake is relatively quiet, even on a summer long weekend. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful, comfortable, cottage furnished with everything you need to feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the gorgeous sunrises from the dock and being able to get out on the water at a moment's notice. We couldn't have asked for a cleaner, more comfortably furnished place to relax. Neelam is exceptionally helpful and easy to reach. Provided us with everything we needed, even accommodating a last minute hiccup in our travel plans. Amazing experience and hope to return.

Family time at the Lake

We had a lovely stay! The home was welcoming and had great views of the lake. True to the pictures provided by the host. Host was very organized and responsive. The lake was very clean and we had a lot of fun on the water with the paddle boards/kayaks/canoe provided. Will return!!

An immaculate, clean, new property that's well-stocked and taken care of. As a family of four, we had a wonderful week in the best part of Peninsula lake, where it's tucked away in a calm bay that's perfect for swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or canoeing, which are supplied by the host. The ping pong table was also a hit when the weather wasn't the best, as was the TV where we could log into our Netflix account to watch movies and play supplied games. We actually rented a boat from a local marina and that was incredible for our two kids to tube and water ski. Two families of four could be very comfortable in the space if you wanted to split the cost. To be totally thoughtful to other travellers considering this property, there are two call-outs to help plan the perfect getaway - the cottage is very close to the neighbours if you're looking for a quiet, secluded experience, however everyone is lovely. The only other thought was water pressure, which is minimal if this is something that is important to you. But honestly, if those are the only two items to mention, you're in the right place. Host is on it in terms of communication and thoughtful with what's supplied in the space. Would definitely recommend or go back.

Fantastic cottage on beautiful lake

From the moment we entered this warm and inviting cottage, we knew that made the right choice. Well equipped and in pristine condition. From the new bed linens and well designed kitchen to the many water toys, and a beautiful 2 level dock, nothing was missing. We will be back….our stay was not long enough. This cottage is highly recommended if you want the comforts of a city home in a countryside cottage.

absolutely perfect!

The host has thought of everything. From the personal touch upon arriving - personal note, wine, goodies to the absolutely fully equipped kitchen. There was nothing missing in the entire house for a perfect stay. This accommodation is perfect for 3 couples plus an additional bedroom with 4 bunk beds, plus 3 full bathrooms. Everything stated in the description is there. I will definitely recommend and revisit.

Ver clean and very well maintained cottage, with lots of amenities. It is located on a quiet bay with very little traffic. This was a very nice spot for a family vacation. The neighbouring cottages are close by, although quiet and friendly. One item to note is that the boat house faces north, so you only get sun through the early part of the day and then in late afternoon.
