Our home is located in a very quiet area of 32 nicer homes on large lots. While not a gated community, it has that look and feel as everything is very well maintained. Our home sits on 2/3 acre with a 6’ painted privacy wall in the back. The exterior of the home is adobe style and features desert landscaping with landscape lighting in back and out front. 4 large queen palms, an orange tree, a limequat tree and other palms, bouganvilla, large handgrown cactus highlight the back. We have a nice non-heated pool as well as a large 60 jet hot tub that is surrounded by sand set pavers and cool decking closer to the pool. From the south facing back patio you can enjoy stunning morning desert sunrises to the East and evening sunsets to the West and peekaboo Superstition Mountain View’s. Out front is a small privacy wall surrounding a sand set paver patio that is shaded by a mesquite tree with small views of the superstitions. A glass patio table and chairs as well as nice sunbrella cushioned loungers are here as well with a small gas fire pit for quiet evening sipping wine, cocktails or beer!
The home itself is roughly 2300 sq ft and was built in 2013. Interior floors are primarily tile with wood floor upgrades in the two spare bedrooms and den. The master bedroom features brand new carpet in 2022. The interior of the home is decorated in a mix of Southwest and contemporary styles. A large oversized wood entry door greets you leading into a spacious open family room/dining/kitchen area. Comfortable leather sectional and a large 82” 4K television are featured here. A ceiling fan moves air nicely along with the dual zone AC units and there is plenty of ambient lighting. There is a den for relaxing in off the family room. The master bathroom has a large tile walk in shower and double on top sinks featuring new granite counter tops. The master bedroom has comfortable furnishings, a queen bed and a large 65” television. A large walk in closet is also located here. In the other wing of the home are two separate bedrooms featuring queen beds and nice furnishings. Refinished guest bath with new sink, granite countertop and fixtures. All in all a very comfortable livable home for short or long stays. A three car garage houses two of our cars and a golf cart that are not for renter use. Parking for two cars is available outside the home. Street parking is not encouraged. A laundry room features new upright washer and dryer. This is a non-smoking home that is fully furnished without a need for anything except your personal belongings. No pets.
