Enjoy relaxing in our beautiful oceanfront, corner unit with breathtaking views of white-sand beaches and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, located in Gulf Crest, a gated resort located off of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach. Our unit was freshly painted in the fall of 2023.

Included in your rental are a pair of beach chairs and umbrella, seasonal March-October.

Our unit is an end unit on the west - SUNSET - side of the 8th floor. The wrap-around balcony facing west is the perfect location for watching beautiful sunsets over the Gulf! It has 1801 square feet of spacious living area in an open floor plan with nine (9) foot ceilings. There are three bedrooms, a built in bunk bed area, a queen sleeper sofa, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area adjacent to the kitchen, living room, and full sized washer and dryer in a separate utility room.

Floor to ceiling windows and a 750 square foot wrap around balcony provide breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico, dolphins, fishing fleets, ships and extraordinary sunsets. The balcony is accessible not only from the living room but also from all three bed rooms.

Gulf Crest is one of Panama City Beach's finest deluxe resorts. Gulf Crest has 294 feet of beach frontage. The complex features two large beachside swimming pools (one heated seasonally), two outdoor spas, a separate children's pool, free poolside wireless Internet, outside picnic areas with grills, seasonal poolside TIKI HUT - for snacks and drinks, and a first-rate workout facility. Each floor at Gulf Crest has only 7 condos. An assigned, covered parking space and high speed elevators provide easy access to the unit.

We are conveniently located off of Thomas Drive at the corner of Thomas Drive and Joan Avenue. Our address is 8715 Surf Drive, a short drive or walk to many restaurants, golf, bumper boats, miniature golf, and more!

We have a 75 inch Smart TV with service provide by ROKU in the living room and Free Wireless Internet.

Our spacious fully equipped condominium has a large Kitchen with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal including smooth surface Cooktop with oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, blender, toaster, glassware, flatware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Enjoy your meal or favorite beverage inside or outside on the balcony with the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico in the background.

The unit sleeps 10. Sleeping accommodations include a king bed in the main bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, two twin beds in the third bedroom, a bunk area with 2 twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has a Smart TV with service provided by ROKU.

Other features of our Gulf Crest condo include ceramic tile floors and luxury vinyl throughout the condominium, a cultured marble tub and a walk in shower with glass enclosures, and ceiling fans. Bath towels and bed linens are provided but bring your own beach towels.

*We rent only to adults 25 years of age or over, who will occupy the condo during the rental period.

*Check-in: 4 pm; Check-out: 10 am (central time)
*State, County, and City taxes are not included in rates.

Renter(s) will be responsible for all damage to the unit excluding normal wear and tear.

All guests must register online at the Gulfcrest Condominium Association prior to arrival and pay a $53 registration fee to Gulfcrest. Access to the parking garage for 2 vehicles is provided by the registration fee.

Full payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.
