Had a pretty much full kitchen, laundry machine and super easy to find (we used google map to see the front before we got there) the host was super helpful and you could not beat the location! My only sadness is we couldn't have stayed longer. Highly highly recommend and I never leave reviews so that's saying something

The apartment was fine. It looked a bit bigger in the photos. The air conditioning didn't cool the whole room; they probably need to have two fans in addition to the AC to help the air circulate better. The elevator broke down over the weekend, so when it was time to leave, we had to carry our suitcases down the stairs—and we were on the 5th floor. Everything else was excellent. The area is spectacular. You don't need public transport at all because everything is close by. Even the main terminal is just a 20-minute walk away—something I'd recommend over taking an Uber or a taxi. The atmosphere is great, and there are plenty of restaurants.

Feeling at home

Great location, easy check in, and a very friendly and helphull Host Alexander. We highly recommend this appartment.

We had a great time staying at this location. Had everything we needed and loved all the closet space. The noise on the street was a bit noisier than expected but it wasn’t too bad. Alex recommended some great spots to eat and rooftop bars. Everything was about 15-20 min walk away with the Ponte Vecchio right around the corner.

Central location with great host!

We had a great time in Florence! Couldn’t ask for a better location! 1 minute walk to ponte veccio bridge and very close to other attractions! Our host was very helpful and allowed us to drop our bags before check-in so that we could take advantage of our limited time in the beautiful city of Florence!

Small gem

Loft apartment with all the amenities we needed in a lovely part of Firenze! The AC doesn’t cool aggressively, but enough to make it comfortable.Good communication with our host, and a wonderful location to explore!

The place is very clean, easy check in and easy access to everywhere. The host is very nice and patient by answering the questions. It’s close to golden bridge and some other historical places. The place is good for 4 persons. There is a supermarket other side of the street and you can prepare your own meal.

Alex was amazing with the check in. He was prompt and thorough. Even sent pictures. Highly recommend this accommodation. Close to everything. 20 min walk from train.

Our Florence Visit

The location was great for visiting the main attractions and walking to the Pitti Palace and gardens. Great restaurants and bars in the area. It was a little noisy at times but closing the windows and shutters helped with that. The kitchen is small but functional and it was great having a grocery store across the street. Having a washing machine was also great as we packed light. Overall, a fine vacation.

Quick stop in Florence

It was a perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Florence. It is right off the Golden bridge, super busy street. Lots of shopping, cafes, and close to museums. Had we been staying longer I would have preferred somewhere off the beaten track. I had ear plugs that helped keep evening noises from disturbing my sleep. Bed was comfortable and my daughter slept on daybed.

Great location - kind of bare bones

This is a great location and the building has an elevator if stairs are an issue that's a plus. Room is basic. nothing real special - you. are here for the location. It is clean and well equipped. lighting is harsh and flourscent adding to a sort of weird vibe. It is also noisy bc of the great location.

Superb location

The place had some noise from the street but was a trade-off for the great location. It was very close to buses and easily walkable to everywhere. There were more ammenities than expected (washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, etc). The kitchen was small but covered the basics. However, the cupboards for crockery were high up so they were hard to reach. Host is very helpful and responsive. Would stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to almost everything. Warm and friendly host. However, very poor property condition. Tank water heater (maybe 50 L only) not sufficient. We had to take turns and wait for 40 min before each of us until the water is ready. A lot of mosquitoes even in the winter.

The apartment was very clean. The size was perfect, plenty of room to move around and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was very well equipped. It has a nice size refrigerator. I had everything I needed to cook and with the grocery store directly across the street we had everything we needed. The washing machine worked well, looked new. Easy to operate. Florence was hot while we were visiting. So the ac was working hard. We were comfortable but I could see some people would want it cooler. The elevator is small, elevators in Italy are small. It works fine. Don’t worry about the size. The building is safe, the owner has a key pad for entry to the apartment and to the building. No keys to keep track of. I loved it.Location, Location, Location was perfect! Ponte Vecchio! Sometimes when descriptions are written the location isn’t quite right. This one is. The grocery store right across the street with everything! There are shops, there are restaurants, 2 gelato shops, Pitti Palace is a very easy walk. The host was very responsive. We were given good information when we contacted him. We were given early access to the apartment. Which was very helpful. This apartment met our needs. For the size of the apartment and location I think the price was reasonable.

Fabulous location

I spent 5 nights in this studio suite. The location was perfect and easy walking distance to everything. It is a busy area and felt safe even at night. The elevator was a blessing since the suite is on the 5th floor. Very secure suite. Since I was alone I slept on the day bed. Comfortable. There were plenty of towels and kitchen linen. I loved the washing machine. Bring a bar of soap if you stay here as there is none in the shower. Plenty of hot water, well equipped kitchen and good air conditioning which is important at night since the street can be a bit noisy and I kept the huge window closed. Lots of closet space. Alex was very responsive and check in out was simple and clear.

Es un súper depa, claro es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario, una ubicación inmejorable ya que está a metros del puente viejo, es muy cómodo y el propietario muy amable atento y de confianza, no se preocupen si no se comunica con mucha antelación a la reserva es segura su reserva, yo tenía dudas pero al llegar se disiparon todas, fue una gran estancia y aparte tiene un buen súper enfrente, lo recomiendo en gran medida

Un apartamento con todo lo que necesitas, la locación es GENIAL!!! Alex siempre estuvo en comunicación conmigo todo el tiempo es genial saber que tu host está pendiente de ti! Cuando regrese a Florencia sin duda alguna regresaré a este alojamiento.
