this was an amazing property for our family thanksgiving festivities. My kids are all over the province doing their education so we met in a central location. it was an amazing and well stocked property which allowed my pup and whole group a comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay:) great communication by the host.

John and his whole family were very welcoming and friendly. It’s not easy for my family to stay away from home but the host and the space allowed for us to do so safely and comfortably

John went over our expectations to insure we had a great stay. Place was a fantastic tucked away from the busy city. Great walks around the surrounding property’s. Had a great time playing tennis and basketball that was on property. One of our top ranked places the we stayed at over the years.

We had the most amazing weekend - booked this home for a wedding at Whonnock Lake Centre just 5 minutes away.The space was clean and spacious and had everything we needed: Large comfortable beds, lots of random lights on dimmers, the kitchen was excellently stocked, ample parking and a warm fireplace.Communication with the host John was great. His whole family was warm towards us from the beginning to end of our stay!

This was beautiful property and house. It was great for my daughter the bride and her bridesmaids getting ready. It was only 7 minutes from the wedding venue which was wonderful for us. It was so peaceful sitting on the back porch reading and relaxing. It was convenient for my other daughter and son-in-law and kids to come from their campsite and have breakfast. The kids loved Bailey the dog on site. I would stay here again.

This property was amazing! The host John is very punctual and accommodating! My family and I stayed here for the weekend and we have the best time! The kids really enjoyed the pickle ball/volleyball/basketball courts. I would highly recommend this vrbo to family and friends!

We had an awesome week-long stay! The listing was very accurate, and the host met us right away when we arrived. We got to know him a little and immediately felt comfortable and at ease with the whole arrangement.The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed. The master bed was incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated having closets and dressers downstairs—such a nice bonus! The kitchen was well equipped for our stay, and the bathroom was exactly as described in the listing.Midway through our stay, the host checked in with us to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. Everything about our stay was easy, comfortable, and exactly as expected.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

We had a wonderful stay! John was super communicative and very helpful with any questions we had. The yard is great for entertaining the little ones, and the location is nice and quiet. It was great for us as a family to have separate rooms for everyone to get a good night's sleep. Will definitely stay again!

Great stay

John and his family are great hosts. They have a beautiful property and were very welcoming of our family. Lots to do around where they live including Golden Ears Park, Cultus Lake Waterpark, even downtown Van is only a SkyTrain away after driving in a bit. Would definitely recommend it.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed here on my wedding weekend with my bridesmaids and John was such an amazing host! The place was awesome and close to our venue and had everything we needed. Great stay! Would highly recommend.

Maple Ridge Acreage Guest House

It was nice to stay on an acreage near Maple Ridge for a change of scenery vs being in the city. The Wii was a hit with my daughter and she spent a lot of time playing Mario Kart.

Great getaway

We were very happy with our stay. There is so much to do around this location. Hiking, lakes, biking and more. We even spent a day just at the property and enjoyed tennis pickle ball and relaxing. Our whole family enjoyed this great place!
