Welcoming host, easy check-in.Was a great place to stay, all the amenties that we needed and located in such a convenient location. So close to so many different spots to visit.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The room is beautifully presented, peaceful, and impeccably clean. The host is genuinely friendly and welcoming, and we felt completely safe and relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommend — we would definitely return.

A perfect quiet and spacious studio unit. Friendly, accommodating hosts. Well equipped kitchen. The rural township of Katikati offers an interesting aray of shops, great eating out options and takeaways. This is a perfect, out in the country, escape for two. Charlie and Dianna.

Quiet Spot

Titoki Cottage was a lovely place to stay. Friendly host, clean and nicely decorated cottage. Close to Katikati but a very peaceful location.

Pristine and super comfortable

All the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. Excellent linen and amazing bed. Everything was top notch!

Excellent little cottage tucked away from the world. Super quiet and very relaxing. Not far to drive to all your favorite spots in Waihi beach or Waihi. Owners are on site, but you would not know they are there. Fully recommend.

Hi we have stayed for four nights now we like the extra detail the little things that Nikki has provided like olive oil good cooking fertilities ’s BBQ sharp knife’s quality towels even beach towels my partner likes the clean and tidy quite place to stay thankyou

It was very nice location. lovely and quite. The host were very nice and helpful. The place was very clean. Not to far away from shops and the beaches. We enjoyed our stay there very much and would highly recommend it. Jenny & Bill

Lovely couple hosting this studio, which had a fully equipped kitchen which we used for cooked breakfast and snacks. The accommodation was very clean, modern and comfortable. We had dinner out each evening at Waihi or Katikati. No shops nearby but we planned accordingly.

Rest and relax

This was a lovely place to stay, quiet, very comfortable and attractive. We had everything we needed and Niki made sure she was easy to contact. Was a short drive to the beach and other amenities. Would highly recommend to other people. Great shower!

absolute delight

Niki was a lovely host and the cottage was a delight. It was warm and the lovely decor made it very cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the deck was a great place to sit in the sun. Walking around the beautiful orchard and lakes was very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommended . Thanks Niki for a lovely stay

Perfect

Very nice setting and I was made to feel very comfortable and will look forward to staying again and I recommend to anyone that has respect for Niki. Accomodation was very clean and tidy and in the most lovely quiet setting. Niki made it very clear with directions and rules but she was so lovely to let me k ow if I needed anything she would be willing to help out. Beautiful person Many Thanks Nike I will be back next year if available xx Rose xx
