Rocheport Bluff House

We face the Missouri River on 7 acres of gorgeous landscaping and we are next door to Les Bourgeois Winery. The Katie trail and historic Rocheport are just down the hill. Art, antiques and gourmet dining are all in Rocheport!
Our home is two stories on the Bluff, with two complete homes. We are upstairs and the rental is downstairs. The downstairs rental area has a spacious living room, setting area and fireplace. There is a dining area with a kitchen. There are spectacular views from the private patio and from the indoor living areas. There is a private path and private entry way for your convenience.

This place was lovely, and the location was amazing! We were able to walk over to the A-frame pretty easily, and the views from the comfy covered patio at the house were stunning. Lots of breakfast options were there waiting for us, along with a bottle of wine. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Host was friendly and welcoming. The view of the Missouri River is fantastic.

Hope to stay again, location to hike Katy Trail and visit Warm Spring was perfect. Everything was very welcoming-Local wine to enjoy and the best blueberry muffins to start the day. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable, Everyone slept well. Loved the view of the river and sunsets from the bench.

I've stayed at the Bluff House several times over the past years and it is always excellent. Shelley's attention to detail is amazing, the view from her property is amazing, and we always enjoy our stay and are anxious to return!

We loved our time here. Absolutely, one of the nicest, coziest properties we have stayed at. Shelly made us feel so welcomed. We loved the town and its great food.

Large property with awesome views. Convenient to the wineries. Great hiking. Quiet location. Very comfortable beds. Covered porch with fan that allows you to sit outside in any weather and enjoy the view

My 2 friends and I have stayed here several times. The breakfast foods are appreciated as is the bottle of wine. The house is conveniently located especially if attending the Lyceum theater. It's clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Shelly was quick to respond and very helpful. All the utensils pot and pans needed for fixing meals were on hand. The place was clean and inviting allowing us to enjoy a relaxing time together.

Nice clean place to stay for the two of us but would work well for a family. Rochport has a bicycle shop cafe for great breakfast and the General Store is better evening food than KC.

Such a perfect spot for attending a family wedding literally next door. The view is spectacular, the rooms cozy and clean, the bathroom sparkles, and the whole space is welcoming. The host left nothing to be desired. Thanks for a lovely stay.

These ratings are for the place Shelley booked me at as an alternative to her place. My husband has a physical impairment and uses crutches or a wheelchair. When we arrive there is a garden hose in front of the door to the rental. Then there is a zebra rug under the dining room table, which my husband caught his crutch in the rug and fell down on the concrete floor, injuring himself. I complained to vrbo, I was told because Shelley booked the unit we had no recourse. Then the owner of the alternative unit accused of us wetting the bed and wanted us to reimburse his cleaning and replacement costs, for his false accusations.

This is a great place to stay for anyone who enjoys the outdoors and a cozy beautiful home to stay in. We are next door to the Winery and one mile from the fun in Rocheport. We have bikes, a hammock and a great fire pit for outside fun.
Also inside we have a giant fireplace comfy surroundings all the things you would need on a cold winter day!

You will love coming to stay here from the fabulous Beds, linens and the fridge full of breakfast food. Also, I am always on hand if you need anything!
