Great place to stay!

Awesome property, very clean, everything new and updated. Property location was also great, a few minutes drive to anything that you would need or want, including the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Thank you for staying. We love this renovated FWB classic. The quiet neighborhood is a great place to stay away from the crowds of the island.

Very nice home in a very convenient location.

Much less traffic than Destin but close enough to visit the area. Quiet, older neighborhood with friendly folks.

Excellent Accommodations

Wonderful quite neighborhood, close and convenient to everything we needed and/or were doing, well supplied with everything needed and just like being at home. Living like locals! Great stay!

Ft Walton Beach House

Excellent location, very clean, newly remodeled, well stocked with essentials, better in person than on-line listing, great property manager (Ken), will be back next year.

Thank you. We will attempt to make the listing even better. This home is owned by the original family and is fully updated. It is in a great location in FWB for vacationing families or people coming to work. Military welcome!

Quiet neighborhood

Older neighborhood , able to walk to some restaurants. Yard if you have a pooch you travel with.

Beach Heaven

Very clean and well stock property. Decorated very cute. Close to the beach. Easily to connect with renting agent if you have a question. Very well pleased with our stay.

Respite

The property update was all quality. Upscale linens, products etc. Extremely comfortable. Even our dog felt at home. A lovely place to stay during a trying time. We were minutes from our relative and will stay again.

New Listing review

This renovated home was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great and the shower was wonderful. Everything we needed was there at the beginning of our trip. We had a great stay in this house. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen was great also. And I can’t say enough good things about Ken, our host. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction, even calling to make sure. We would definitely stay there again or at any of Ken’s properties.

Lovely Property, Great Location

The property is well maintained, clean, and bright. The air conditioning was fantastic! The property is located right before the bridge to Okaloosa Island and Destin. It was an easy drive to the beaches and stores. The internet was excellent. The property has a lovely sitting area and a very large table perfect for families. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but it is in beautiful shape, and the master bed was comfortable. The carport is super appreciated in the hot weather. I also liked that the laundry room entrance is a great drop spot for beach gear and bags. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and essentials and the property managers even had some coffee on hand. That was so appreciated! The grocery store is minutes from the house. There were not any beach towels - so be sure to bring those with you. We would rent this location again!
