Perfect South Austin location

This is a cute, convenient, and comfortable stay. Everything I needed was available in the house, beds were cozy and comfortable. Will stay there again!

Great experience!

The property is as listed; clean, convenient and nicely decorated in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The whole process from booking through check-out was simple and seamless. Highly recommend!

Great stay

Very clean home. The neighborhood is nice. Plenty of room for parking. The WiFi worked great. Loved the little touches by the cleaning crew. Loved the feel of the house.

Perfect for a short week in Austin

Property was clean and as advertised. Worked perfect as a central jump off to anywhere in Austin. 15 min from South Congress, 20 min from downtown. Easy process, clean accommodations. Checked all the boxes.

Great rental house

My wife and I enjoyed staying at the house on palace. The house is in a great neighborhood. We felt safe in the area. The house was in a great location for food and activities. The properties interior is clean, comfortable, and inviting with everything you. Red to enjoy a vacation. Thank you.

So cozy

We stayed 10 days b/c we were visiting a new grandbaby. This house checked ALL the boxes for a fairly lengthy stay - very comfortable furniture (and enough of it), extremely well-equipped kitchen, great artwork, quiet neighborhood, more than adequate parking, 10 minutes from wherever we wanted to go. Thank you so much! We'll be back!

I am truly sorry about the inconvenience the faulty hot water heater caused you. I wish that we could have replaced it before we knew it was an issue. A new hot water heater has been installed and is no longer a problem.We strive to deliver a 5-star experience for all our guests. We will continue to do our best for all our guests.

10 nights

This rental was very comfortable for our stay for 3 adults and 1 child. It was a home that had been remodeled nicely. Big TV and large living area with comfortable seating. They allowed our grandson's dog for a fee which a lot of rentals do not allow pets.

Week Stay at This House

Stayed 8 days here. Beds super comfy. Awesome TV and living space. Office was great. I work remote. Close to downtown and highways to get where you need to get to. Had to contact the guest contact about the dish washer and got everything fixed asap. 10/10 would stay here again.

Cutest ever home!!

Greatest rental. Thanks for sharing. Location, amenities, ease of access and departure made this stay most fantastic. The place was spotless, highest quality of everything from appliances, linens, sundry items. My only comment is they really could charge a lot more. Should I return to this area again I do hope this listing is available!

This property is not well maintained. The towel rack in the bedroom had fallen off the wall. A dinning room chair was busted up and left in the garage. Only one of the two TVs worked. We had a plumber come to the house twice, and the kitchen sink was still leaking under the sink when we left. There are other issues, but no need to pile it on. I'd like to say you get what you pay for, but we certainly didn't!

Electrical issues

When we arrived at the property, we were very impressed. Had everything that we needed except the next morning when we went to blow dry our hair the outlets in both bathrooms did not work contacted property manager. They said they would send somebody out to flip the breakers which we were more than capable of doing, still no electricity in both bathrooms outlets. They did say they were going to call an electrician so hopefully they have done that before the next guests.

Wonderful gathering place

We went to Austin for the solar eclipse. My husband and I were looking for a clean, quiet place to share with my sister and BIL. We liked the layout of the house, which allowed each couple some privacy, but with access to all the gathering/cooking spaces. We really appreciated the separate office space, which several of us made use of. We loved the neighborhood! Walkable, quiet streets were great, and the city park about 10 minutes’ walk away was so inviting! Luckily, we left our dog at home because the fence in the back yard has a basketball-sized hole in it. The small back yard is less friendly that it could have been, due to a lack of chairs. We had folding chairs with us, though, so it wasn’t too much of a problem. No grill was an issue, which we remedied by purchasing a small grill we left at the house. My sister and I love to cook and we made some great dinners there. We hope the owners will add a toaster to the kitchen equipment, though.
