Exactly what we needed for our vacation. Close to a park, the zoo and the Johnny Cash trail. My husband had to work from this rental during our stay and had no issues with the Internet. Great host communication, would stay here again.

This was the second time we've stayed here. The house was clean and cozy. Location can't be any better. (We were vending at a show at the Community Center). We look forward to staying here again next year! Thank you!

Great space and location. Super clean, great amenities (although we didnt use a lot of them).Exterior lights were adorable. But perhaps they could be turned off by 11 PM or so - despite the thick curtains, the changing lights still shined thru into our room, making it difficult to sleep at times.

Cute Boho Place

Cute and cozy place that is near downtown Folsom. The host had nice accommodations for making the place feel like home away from home.

Adorable little place…

We loved the location of this little gem. It’s updated, clean and well stocked! The only issue is that being on two main streets it can get a little loud in the morning. Overall it’s priced right and an adorable little place!

Very clean and nice showers. Pillows were very flat and mattresses on the very firm side, so fyi. Overall, a really great location and parking. Kitchen was very nice, and it has a large laundry room if you’re needing a longer stay to store suitcases and bags and such. It would be nice to have a dresser in the bedroom to actually unpack a suitcase in. The decor was very nicely done! We would stay there again if there was a softer mattress or pillow top added. All in all a great stay though!

Mini getaway

My wife and myself really loved the house . It is in a perfect location and very close to Old Historic Folsom whic is perfect because we had dinner reservations at Sutter Sreet Steakhouse. The check in process was easy as well. It is a perfect getaway and definitely would go back again . Everything is updated and enjoyed watching Netflix Plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook a nice dinner .

Very pretty house in a perfect location

We were vending at a show in the community center and the home was so close we were able to walk all four days of the show, despite the rain. House was super clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We used the crockpot (thank you!) to cook our dinner while we worked. The coffee pot is a k-cup (not listed) and the house is not the entire building (office on the other side - never saw or heard them) so listing unit B would have been helpful when we were checking in. We will definitely be coming back next year. House was a perfect set up for us.

Folsom stay

This property was new and clean! The problem was they had a contact person that couldn’t be contacted. Our shower was cold not warm COLD!! You couldn’t turn either shower past cold. The other issue was the blinds are bamboo and doesn’t provide privacy. This is a shame because it’s a nice clean property! Hopefully they will fix this especially making our contact person totally unavailable until we checked out.

Clean home but lacks charm

When you first arrive, it is very unclear where to go to get inside. The front of the house appears to be an unused business office. The back of the house has two doors. Which one is the one to enter? The code we were provided did not work. So we were standing around trying to figure that out. We thought this was closer to downtown Folsom (walking distance). Not the case. The house was very clean, the kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes/glasses and nice wine glasses which is appreciated. The bathroom had toilet paper that was almost gone, and no other stocked in the restroom. Finding out in the middle of the night that there is no toilet paper is just no fun at all. Again, the place is clean, the beds comfortable. I think the best term I could use for this one is functional. An outdoor firepit and some comfy chairs around it would have been nice. No outside seating whatsoever for those of us who like to enjoy the outdoors.

We'd like to clarify there is extra toilet paper located in the laundry/supply room, our guest contact is available to assist with any issue or concern you may have while in residence and we encourage our guests to reach out immediately for a most comfortable stay. Additionally, we do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking to decide if the location of the home will suit their needs. As we do not advertise a firepit and outdoor seating at this property, we do not market it as an amenity in the listing.
