There was a miscommunication with our Guest Contact, we have since corrected all issues, and our Contact person is available and will be very responsive moving forward. - We hope the measures taken make up for the inconvenience you encountered during your stay. We apologize for the access issues you encountered and we've confirmed that the pre-stay email was sent to you before your arrival, which included detailed check-in instructions and other information about the property. We understand our guest contact was able to immediately assist and provided their access code which worked within minutes. We'd like to clarify there is extra toilet paper located in the laundry/supply room, our guest contact is available to assist with any issue or concern you may have while in residence and we encourage our guests to reach out immediately for a most comfortable stay. Additionally, we do include a map on our listing so that guests can see the approximate location of the home before booking to decide if the location of the home will suit their needs. As we do not advertise a firepit and outdoor seating at this property, we do not market it as an amenity in the listing. We truly do all we can to create a memorable experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
