We had a fantastic stay...the house was great, the lake was wonderful...and Yosemite was AWEsome! We'll certainly be making a return visit!!

This is a lovely cabin set back off the main road with all the amenities. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the large deck has ample comfortable seating. The beds are quite comfortable. When there was an unexpected problem with the air conditioning, the owner was very receptive and attended to the problem promptly and personally. We would definitely return to this rental.

The house inside was clean and well equipped. We were disappointed in the condition of the furniture on the desk. The chairs and table tops were dirty and the deck itself was covered in leaves. This cabin advertises its "wrap around deck", but we weren't able to use it.In the kitchen the refrigerator never got beyond cool. The freezer had ice, but everything we put in the refrigerator stayed pretty warm.We did enjoy our stay quite a bit. Thank you.

Comfortable place

Check in process is easy. Place is clean and needed items are easy to find. Being able to watch Netflix is a plus for us. We enjoyed family movies together. Kids get to watch the shows they like. :)

This rental in Groveland was disgustingly bad! The home is in need of paint, and deep cleaning! The patio was so dirty, with the grills caked with old grime! The upstairs bathtub had black grime, which forced all four of us to use the shower downstairs, There was grime on the kitchen cupboards and ants that got into our food on the counters! Gross! We were not able to reach the owner, and talked to a variety of managers from Evolve with no real answers. We did get refunded for the cleaning fee, but that really didn’t help our two nights in this run down rental! DO NOT RENT THIS HOME….it was the worst experience we’ve had using VRBO…VRBO should not allow this home to be rented. We sent numerous photos to Evolve to show the condition I have described!

Wonderful house with great amenities! Nicely decorated, incredibly comfortable beds and sheets, the owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Will definitely be back

cozy and convenient

We enjoyed the flannel sheets and comfy beds, and the easy access to Yosemite. Place is well equipped. Groveland is cute town and host communication was very prompt and helpful.

Quick end of summer get away

We had a great, albeit to brief stay up at the cabin at the end of the summer. It , and the lake has everything we needed … the deck is great! Homeowner super communicative and accessible.. We will be back!

Amazing and cozy cabin

Staying here was a real treat. The area itself is beautiful but the cabin was like a second home. All the amenities you can think of were handled. Beds, towels, dishes, cookware, even some games. The TVs were a great touch too. My family and I can't wait to come back again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had a great experience staying at Lawrence's cabin. Lawrence was a perfect host and made us feel welcome from the start. The property is in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with great parking. We had everything we needed and more for our stay. We will be back again. Thank you!!

Alway pleasant in PML

Every year we talk of going some where else. Every year for the Last 14 we return. I grate community to unwind. All cabins are grate. This one was no exception. Professionally managed. Every thing worked. Good beddings kitchen. Very quit even being on the main road into the lake.

A little cabin getaway

Me and my husband had a wonderful weekend spent at the cabin. The cabin was fully stocked with your everyday essentials that there wasn't a need to bring extra for us which allowed us to relax without having to leave too often. It was just the two of us but the place was very spacious for plenty of guests. The cabin was nice and warm for us when we got there. Hospitality from the host was great and catered to our needs when we had questions. We are sure to come back again in the future.

Great Location near Yosemite

Only 30 min beautiful drive to entrance of Yosemite. Cabin was exactly as pictures showed. Kitchen fully stocked ( we brought a cooler of food with us ). Good local grocery store but pricey. Large wrap around deck w gas firepit, chairs, couch and large BBQ grill. Very lovely. We enjoyed the several bucks who visited each day. Bed rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. Cabin is clean and welcoming. Area is quiet and mountainous. Really beautiful. Access to Pine Lake only 5 min drive. Grassy, picnic tables and paddle boards, kayaks to rent. Overall a wonderful cozy cabin that we highly recommend ~ especially if visiting Yosemite.

Groveland/Yosemite

This house was perfect for our stay. Visiting a friend who works at Rush Creek Lodge and took him to Yosemite for his first time. Beds were very comfortable. The espresso machine was a hit and we had a practicing barista with us so enjoyed our morning and evening hot beverages. Deck area is great but due to our short stay we didn’t have time to use it other than a quick sit at the fire table. Chess board was a nice touch. Went to the Iron Door Saloon for some games of pool and enjoyed the gold rush history. Great house!
