Its peaceful garden setting is within 200m of Manly Cove Beach and Manly Wharf, The Corso and popular restaurants and cafes. The apartment is at the rear of the block and has easy level access to Manly town centre and the harbour pool in Manly Cove.



This ground floor apartment is graced with character, has high patterned ceilings and is freshly painted. It features light filled interiors and a small second bedroom/sunroom/study and access to a private sunny garden courtyard (common property).



The living area has french doors allowing the sun to shine in. New bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity in October 2024 and new kitchen June 2025.

- Main bedroom has a Queen size bed and large wardrobe.

- The second bedroom doubles as a sunroom and has a standard single bed and desk.

- The bathroom has been fully renovated and everything replaced as at October 2024.

- New kitchen with full size fridge, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and everything else you need for a comfortable stay being installed in June 2025.

- Lounge room includes a large comfortable lounge, smart TV and dining table with seating for 4 people.

- Shared laundry with own washing machine off the rear courtyard.

Great location, clean & comfortable

Loved our stay in this clean and comfortable flat on a nice quiet street extremely well located to the beach and shops.

This was a convenient place to stay for our time in Manly. We had luggage to manage from the ferry and it was super easy to get to the apartment, plus it’s really close to walk to all the shopping, dining and beaches. The apartment had all we needed for our stay, was very comfortable and the host was very attentive when we had questions. Make sure to bring earplugs due to all the native birds that are quite vocal! It’s also an easy, short ferry ride to Sydney & the many attractions around the area, along with the airport. You really don’t need a car.

Both calm and close to everything

We had a great stay in this apartment. Its location is amazing. The Wharf, the Corso, the beach, the bus stations: Everything is really close, but the apartment is quiet though.Everything was smooth, from check-in to check-out, and Toni was really reactive.

A Perfect Spot

Anyone visiting Sydney should stay here! Close to the Harbour Ferry, the flat is quiet, modern and comfortable, and located in beautiful scenic Manly, which has great restaurants and has beautiful beaches. We look forward to returning in the future. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

My husband and I stayed. Suited our needs. Great location. We flew in from NZ, caught train and ferry to Manly. Wanted a local base while visiting our daughter. Simple ferry ride if you need the city. Great communication from host if we had any queries.

When our kids moved on, we used our new-found freedom to create an amazing studio that we shared with guests. My love for hosting has seen me start a new business managing other people's properties on the Northern Beaches.

We look forward to helping you discover the magic of this special part of the world.

We love walking and can often be seen on the Manly to Spit walkway. Eating out and sharing fine wines with friends is also a favourite pastime! We've travelled and stayed in both AirBnBs and hotels in Europe and have tried to create the best of both in our properties.

My husband Paul retired so now works in the business. He's the "maintenance" person - you'll see him scootering around Manly with his tool box with a smile on his face! Otherwise he's in the office taking care of the accounts.

We came to Manly for a holiday about 40 years ago and moved here shortly after. We love the holiday vibe and the beautiful walks and beaches. The Manly Ferry and Fast Ferry are an added bonus for those wanting to spend time in the city. The best value Sydney harbour cruises around!
