Lake Erie Vistas is the premier lakefront property of Geneva on the Lake and unit #309 is the newest of the 47 units. Classy, clean, spacious and modern, this condo has a great view of the beach and lake which is a perfect setting for coffee and a sunrise or wine and a sunset. Just a 5 minute drive to the famous "Strip" or 15 minutes to Bridge Street and Ashtabula County's best restaurants. Take a look at our pictures and see exactly what we have to offer.

It is also illegal, for profit, to induce or attempt to induce a person to sell or rent a dwelling by representations regarding the entry into the neighborhood of a person or persons belonging to one of the protected classes.



Rule #1 Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No behavior that is an unreasonable nuisance or unreasonable annoyance to other occupants will be tolerated.

Rule #2 Basket Carts and Hand Trucks (which are convertible to flat dolly) are provided for your convenience. Immediately after use, please return the carts/hand trucks to their original place next to the elevator in the lobby so that they will be available to other renters and unit owners.

Rule #3 Bikes may not be parked in the hallways but must be parked in outside bike racks or in condominium units.

Rule #4 No items shall be thrown from balconies. Due to falling risk, no items shall be hung or laid on balcony rails.

Rule #5 Each condominium is permitted to use no more than two parking spaces during peak season (from May 1 to Sept 30). Each vehicle must fit in a single parking space. Jet ski trailers, boat trailers, etc. must fit within a single parking space and be included within the two-space maximum per condominium. All spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. Only non-commercial vehicles are permitted to park overnight.

Rule #6 Smoking within common areas inside of the building is prohibited.  If smoking outside the building, you must provide your own ashtrays or other appropriate means of disposing of cigarette butts.

Rule #7 Under no circumstance should trash be left outside of unit door; make sure all trash is bagged, tied, and placed inside the dumpster. Posted trash rules must be followed.

Rule #8 Posted Beach rules must be followed.
For your safety: 
*No lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk - beware of strong undertow. 
*Do not climb or jump on pier or break walls. 
*No glass of any kind allowed in the beach area. Plastic containers or cans only. 
*The lake is dangerous and can be lethal - please respect it.
Please respect our investment and be considerate of others: 
*Wash all sand from yourself, and children and beach toys at the beach wash station.
*Clean up trash when leaving beach. 
*Do not leave beach chairs in water. Return them to beach near south rocks.
*Respect our neighborhood property. LEV property line ends at rocks on both sides.

Rule #9 Posted Pool Rules must be followed.
For your safety:  
*No lifeguard on duty swim at own risk.
*No unsupervised swimming.
*No diving. Diving may result in permanent injury or death.
*No running, jumping, dunking or horseplay in or around the pool 
*No glass in pool area.
*Tight fitting rubber pants over diapers or swim diapers are required on persons using the pool who are incontinent and/or not toilet trained.

Rule #10 HOA provided grills and fire pits cannot be moved from the designated locations. Fires must be extinguished after use. HOA provided grills must be wiped down after use. Only electric grills and heaters permitted on balconies and patios.

The condo was clean with a beautiful location overlooking the beach. It is only a few minutes away from the main strip and all the restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing Weekend

Loved our stay at this condo! Beautiful accommodations, quiet building, sound of waves lapping out side the balcony door - doesn't get any better than that! Throw in a couple wineries that we were able to try out and you've got a fun and relaxing weekend! Definitely plan to come back in the future!

We totally enjoyed our stay in this condo! It had everything we needed and then some! The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool is just right for a winter stay, nice and warm. The view of the lake is awesome and the condo was very quiet. We would rent this unit again.

Perfect Winter Getaway

My husband and I wanted to get away for a quick weekend with our three kids. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all the cooking we did. My kids loved the pool and the access to the beach for the lake was so convenient. Although it was cold, it was still beautiful to be by the water. Over all it was a great stay. Communication was clear and great customer service all around!

Fantastic

Beautiful unit. Nicely decorated, very clean and an absolute fantastic view. All the comforts of home. Having a nice little carry out store and pizza place/bar right across the street is also a huge plus. Just a short drive to many wineries too!! We'll definitely be back again.

We really enjoyed our weekend in this condo. It had everything we needed. The balcony has the most amazing views of the lake! The only disappointment was the pool closing at 8pm. It would have been nice if it was open until 9 or 10 to allow for late arrivals on Friday evening for those people just staying for the weekend.

Upgraded unit with great view

We have stayed in several units in this building and this unit was definitely the nicest. It has been nicely upgraded and everything was clean and in working condition. The kitchen was especially well stocked. It has a dead-on view of the Lake which not all units have. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Just perfect!

Everything was perfect! The photos just don’t display the true experience. The unit is beautiful, clean and all the conveniences of being at home. The view of the lake is breathtaking! Can’t wait to book our next trip. Debbie(property mgr.) was attentive and this was the easier check-in ever!

Spectacular condo!

We were blown away by the spaciousness and contemporary decor. Laundry room, walk in closet, electric fireplace, wine refrigerator were unexpected. The condo was very well stocked with all the necessities , and then some! You can not have a room any closer to the beach! Spectacular view and sunset! We had fun making smores at the firepit.

Amazing views, beautiful place

Our stay was amazing! The condo was gorgeous. The kitchen is brand new, beautiful finishes everywhere, pretty decor. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The condo is well supplied. The view is stunning. We saw a beautiful sunset on the lake. Debbie is the manager and she's a great communicator. This is the third time we have stayed here. 10/10 recommend!
