This stylish and spacious home is perfect for groups, corporate organization and multi-family trips. This beautiful home is close to all amenities. It is located about 3 minutes' drive to Anthony Henday, and this makes it possible to explore different parts of the city. This is a dream home away from home to unite as a group or family.
The Space
This beautiful 2-storey home comprises of one room at the main floor and four large bedrooms on the second level and offers two full baths on the second floor. The main floor rental sleeps up to 8 guests and the arrangement is as follows:
Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite four-piece bathroom and a Jacuzzi
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 - Queen Bed
Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen Beds
Bedroom 5 - Queen Bed. This is located on the main floor
The basement is fully finished with one large bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a living room with its own TV, Fridge, bar, and a 3-piece full bathroom. You have the option to also rent the basement if required for 2 more additional guests. The basement will attract additional charges of $80 per night plus $49 cleaning fee.
Bedroom 6 - 2 Queen Beds. This is located at the basement suite
To add the basement to your booking, contact us before making payment to update the amount to include the $80 per night plus $49 cleaning fee for the basement.
If you are unable to rent the basement with the main floors, the basement will be rented out to different guests and the entrance leading to the basement will be locked during your stay.

This property was beautiful - my daughter and her wedding got ready here the day of her wedding and the spaces were fantastic. Very spacious, great area, comfortable beds. The host was gracious and answered all our questions. It can be easy to miss on the listing that there is a separate unit with a separate entrance for a basement unit, however this did not affect us negatively in any way. This home is very spacious and luxurious for an excellent price - I would stay here again!!

The stay was exactly as advertised with large rooms and a great living room space for visiting and stocked kitchen to cook in. We had an issue with the shower and the owner addressed the problem immediately. We were very pleased with our stay!

This is an ideal property for a family stay. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for a member with disabilities where stairs are a problem. It was very clean and well appointed. The host quickly responded to our questions. We recommend this home to anyone visiting in the Edmonton area.

All our needs were met from cooking to sleeping to toiletries. The house was clean and comfortable. Henrietta and Lucky were easy to communicate with and helped us immediately if needed. We would definitely book with these hosts again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hosts are very kind! And accommodating to our specific needs. The unit was clean and as advertised. My team and I really enjoyed our weekend out here. Thank you so much for the housing, we would recommend using this host/property to anyone.

Beautiful house with everything provided for a nice, relaxing stay. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was great for family meals, and location couldn’t have been better! Would 100% recommend this property and hosts :)

Hi Henrietta We enjoyed our stay once again.. one problem , continual … the lock at the front door.. it very rarely worked. We were locked out but found the side door open so got in … we kept it open because knew it would happen again Thanks

Great Home Base!
Fabulous home..Clean , all amenities, bright, loads of room and terrific owners… if u are looking for a larger space, this is the best … we were all so impressed. Definitely will rent again !

The property on arrival first impression it was not very clean. Contacted host response was fairly efficient was willing to come fix the problem but it was late and my kids were sleeping, also at that point it didn’t seem that bad (we had driven all day and we were all exhausted). The next day we noticed just how bad everything was. We honestly tried to move but since the host was willing to clean we couldn’t get a refund. Long story short we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned so we didn’t feel uncomfortable. The host rang the doorbell unexpectedly at 9:30pm to see what the problem was of course at this point the property was clean. When showing the photos as shown he smirked the whole time. He also mentioned he supervised the person or people who cleaned his property. I asked if he thought that was ok he said yes. He brought along his wife and son as well. I understand some standards are different than others and he apparently was willing to fix it but this shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. It was our first bad vrbo experience. I will definitely be more cautious in the future. I’m sorry to leave a poor review I hope this will make it different for future clients.

This review is unfair and retaliatory. We take guest satisfaction and cleanliness extremely seriously, as demonstrated by our immediate and repeated attempts to address this guest's concerns and our overall reviews.
The guest initially requested an early check-in at 2:00 PM rather than our standard 4:00 PM time. When we explained that a $40 fee was required to bring in an additional cleaner on short notice to maintain our high standards, they declined and chose to check in at 4:00 PM instead. I guess they were not happy to check in earlier for a fee.
When the guest messaged us that night with concerns, I offered to come over within minutes to inspect and resolve any issues. The guest explicitly declined, replying: "All good we are sleepy."
We attempted to reach them twice more to assist and were successful at the 3rd attempt in person, but they never brought up moving or refund. We are not sure where the attached images are from. They also mentioned the next day that they had already cleaned the area of concern themselves.
Regarding my family's presence: as a family-run business, my wife, son and myself jointly work together. The guest was introduced to them in person and expressed happiness to meet them at the time. We were also happy to meet their mom. We are proud of our high standards and remain dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for all our guests.

Just right!
I needed a place for ny Calgary sakes team for a conference this home and host were wonderful and appeoachable! The routes to downtown are quick, and the team got to bond in this livwly space.

Wonderful stay and great hosts
5 old guys stayed for a golf weekend and to celebrate a retirement. This was the perfect spot to stay. Very close to the Anthony Henday, golf courses, restaurants, etc. House was very clean and the host stopped by with his son to bring a bottle of wine as well as a bottle of non-alcohol wine. No issues at all.
