Very well located if you are visiting wineries in the area. Bruce trail is just a step away with a really nice area to go for a hike. The house is cosy, and the host was very nice. A person with many stories to tell :-)

Wr had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean and comfortable, and exactly as portrayed online. The surrounding area is beautiful -conveniently located to the vineyards, Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. Great space for two couples traveling together! Thomas was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the farmhouse was perfect. We were able to get to many wineries quickly by car and even a couple on foot that were close by. The fruit and veggie stand right across the street was super convenient. Our unit had ensuite bathrooms with each guest bedroom which was a nice touch when travelling with other couples. The unit was very clean and check in and check out was very easy. Thomas was a great host and kept us informed of everything we needed to know. Though all units seemed to be rented during our stay, we were still able to easily access the shared spaces like the bbq and crossed paths with the other guests very minimally.

We had a fun time touring local wineries. This was a comfortable place to stay and very conveniently located to many vineyards.

The adorable house had every amenity we could need, and the location was perfect for our tour. A bit of traffic noise being on a busy road, but not a hindrance to sleep. Complimentary wine was a thoughtful touch. Definitely would stay again.

Fantastic stay near Beamsville

The farmhouse apartments are beautifully done and very comfortable, and Thomas was an excellent host. The area offers lots to do - wineries & breweries, opportunities for walking, hiking & climbing, farm stands, great food. The road in front of the house is quite busy, but it didn't keep us from sitting outside for coffee, wine, drinks!

Great spot

This unit was perfect for for adult women. The space is decorated super cute. Very, very clean and well-maintained. The host was on site during check-in, very friendly, offered lots of information on nearby amenities. The location is fantastic for exploring local wineries.

Fantastic location

The unit was mere minutes away from the wineries we had planned to visit. The unit itself was clean and efficient and perfect for two couples. The owner was very good with his communication and provided all the information we needed to start our stay.

Great Space to spend time with family and friends

We stayed in unit 2. It's really spacious and clean. The decor is modern and homely. Walk-in shower was great addition for my elderly parents. The location is perfect to explore the Niagara Vineland and to take day trips to the Falls. We had a fantastic time.

Lovely stay in wine country

Nice property which suited us well. Thomas was great and popped around to drop off a free wine tasting offer. As others have noted, the property is fairly close to a main road but the countryside nearby and the area itself is lovely, so this wasn't much of an issue. Great places nearby such as The Crush and The Watering Can.

Nice property

Thomas was fantastic to deal with! Check in was a breeze and the location was perfect for our plans. The only thing that was a problem for us was the steepness of the stairs to the bedrooms. Rather hard to negotiate with a sore hip.

Great for 2 couples

Location is close to many wineries, restaurants and other attractions. There was a small fruit and vegetable stand with everything we needed to make breakfast. We also used the lawn for bocce. Owner even stopped by to see if we needed anything.

Quaint Country Home in Wine Country

The owner was very communicative (by text through the app) and gave all the necessary check in information well before we arrived. He even responded to an early am message from me when I had difficulty finding the earlier message with the code to enter. He was always respectful and mindful of our privacy in his communication. The other patrons were quiet, respectful and pleasant when we saw them. Very cute bedrooms upstairs with nice en-suite bathrooms!

Family visit in Niagara

My husband, son, daughter in law and grandson enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. The house is clean, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and three bathrooms are great for a large group. One thing to realize is that the house is on a busy road. This means it is easy to get around the region but it also means lots of traffic. We stayed in unit 1 but the climate control is in unit 2. It got quite warm one afternoon and we had no way to cool the house. Fortunately, the host was around and he did bring the temperature down but it would be great if there were climate control in each unit or a window air conditioner in both bedrooms.

We had a lovely stay in the farmhouse. We were there for a wedding and our family took over the three units. It was so great for us to be together! The units are well equipped and very comfortable. Everything you need - shops, wineries, restaurants are close by. Communication with Thomas and Susan was excellent - they were immediately responsive which was appreciated! We highly recommend and would stay again!

We had a lovely 2 day stay. We were there for a wedding. Perfect location to venue, wineries, walks, fresh fruit stalls.Warm friendly host. Comfortable beds! Will definitely come back! Thank you.

The house and property were clean, comfortable and well updated. The amenities were really well done and the property owner/manager was very responsive. It was close to shopping and restaurants and a really cute town. It is in the middle of a number of vineyards and would be perfect for a wine-tasting weekend. It’s also a short drive from Niagara and other destinations. Perfect location. Highly recommend!

A comfortable stay for two couples. Location convenient to Grimsby, Beamsville, Vineland, Jordan and beyond. Road noise is a lot to contend with if sleeping with windows open, but one room has an AC unit and the other a fan and ear plugs. Steep stairs to the second floor (to get to bedrooms) but we managed even with one person having knee issues. Ensuite bathrooms are so great for sharing a house without feeling too close. ;-)Kitchen is well-equipped. Easy to stay multiple nights here!
