Thank you for staying. The batteries in the thermostat died, so a quick change and AC was functional again. You can also open the garage and put a car inside, if it will fit.

Thank you for staying. This condo is centrally located in Fort Walton Beach. You can walk to the rec center and the baseball fields if you like.

HI: This is surprising as we never received any communication from the guest about any issues at the condo. We recommend contacting us if you have any issues so we can address them.

For future guests, the only thing accurate in this review is that this guest called me 5 hours after checkout and asked for a full refund before he leaves his review (in other words, he threatened a bad review if I didn't give him his money back). We have Terminix as professional pest control on this condo. They came out the next day to treat and inspect. They found two dead roaches under the fridge (yes, they looked everywhere) and nothing else. I had guests check in the same day this guest checked out so I asked them to report any activity as they might see a few due to the bait. They saw one in 5 nights, which after treatment is normal. As to the bed, I met the next guest at check in and asked them to lay in the bed. They told me that it was fine. I asked again in the morning and they said the same thing. As to his desperate situation (which I have no idea what that was as my understanding is he was on vacation), had he contacted me at all during the stay, I could have moved him to a different property if the problems were real. He only contacted me after he left. He also deleted his Vrbo profile. We stand by our properties. We give guests our phone number, which we answer 24x7x365 so we can help our guests and make it right, even if that includes a refund. Calling us after checking out does not give us the opportunity to make things right, so at that point there is nothing we can do.
