We had a lovely stay at Seabreeze. It was a close drive/walk to town and the Yamba Sunset and Wine is just accross the road.Communication was great and the listing is accurate.

Our stay at cottage sea breeze was awesome. It was so clean and kitchen had everything we needed to do a little cooking as we ate out each day lunch, Our Favourite place to eat was the wobbly chook. And our dogs had the best holiday too. We stepped out and water was right there to walk along. Yamba is very quiet not alot to do if u love doing alot. My hubby enjoyed it as a fishing holiday and I wanted to just relax and walk lots with dogs and enjoy good food. We will definitely be back again. Best little getaway we have had in a while!!

Great property, so welcoming- including a lovely ceramic gift and even mozzie coils for the deck. They thought of everything!

We loved our stay! Location was great and close to all beaches. Cottage was clean and had all we needed plus bikes to use.Loved that each room had aircon and it was pet friendly which is a big plus! Check in process was easy and the host friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again!

Sea Breeze Cottage - Yamba

Our family (including two small doggies) recently stayed at the sea breeze cottage in Yamba. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and felt so homely and welcoming. It had everything that a small family could want. It’s close to shops, beaches and dolphins right across the road at the marina. The property managers were so great to deal with and we will absolutely be back!

Top Spot for a short getaway

Great little house if you want to be on the river.Beautifully presented and renovated.We stayed 3 nights. Beds very comfortable. Air con and fans throughout. Pod coffee machine was a bonus.Yamba very relaxed and the beaches are beautiful. Hired a fishing boat and spent a half day on the Clarence River.

Sea Breeze Cottage was just as it is advertised.The cottage is private, well equipped, comfortable, attractively styled and clean. The location is quite noisy as it is situated on Yamba Road which has a great deal of traffic. The driveway is not enclosed from the street but there is a large pole where you can tie your dog (as advertised) on the front deck which was not ideal for us.We drove to Pippi's beach most days which is a beautiful dog friendly beach. There is a nice walk around the waterway/marina area situated across the road. Oceanstays staff were really professional and helpful when we had to contact them on arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay We have a few suggestions to help improve the property: Put lock on bathroom Put wardrobe in bedroom with bunk beds Put drawers in 1st and 2nd bedroom Put extra sofa in living room Sharpen or replace all knives Make outside shed more waterproof Secure front garden for pets and children Provide more coat hangers

Lovely place in gorgeous Yamba

A great place which has been beautifully decorated. The kitchen was particularly good as was the bathrooms and cooling (bonus having both air con and fans). However I probably wouldn’t recommend for pets or families with young children. Without a gated area it did make it a bit limiting as felt more like an apartment. Also for a family of 5 having a tiny light weight clothes rack (it couldn’t handle beach towels even) and no clothes basket was disappointing. Overall a really nice little place and enjoyed our stay but a bit overpriced based on some of the amenities.
