The property’s location was excellent — close to shops and restaurants, and still an easy drive to Maroon Bells and the Glenwood Hot Springs. The condo itself was a great size for two friends on a girls’ weekend, with plenty of space for relaxing and heading out for hikes in Aspen.That said, the unit could use some updates. And the parking situation was genuinely challenging. The complex only has three designated parking spots, so street parking is the main alternative. While that’s manageable, the public parking signage was confusing, and we weren’t sure whether overnight parking would result in a ticket or even being towed. It made for a stressful start to the trip. I think adding more information about the parking situation in the initial welcome email would have been helpful.

Great location. It’s a little more dated than expected, could hear the neighboring unit in one of the bedrooms but they weren’t disruptive. Host is very communicative. Beds were very comfortable.

Great condo

The condo was great. It was clean, the kitchen was extremely well stocked for home meals, and the beds were comfortable.

Great location. 1st floor is what we like. Walk to gondola, bus station, eat, shopping.

Awesome time in Aspen

Place was great! Only suggestion is a new smart tv for the off time when we were all together at the condo at night and wanted to have a movie night!

Great Location & Experience

We had a wonderful weekend in Aspen! This location is wonderful - walking distance to the gondola and a short 8-10 min walk to the restaurants we chose to eat at DT. It was spacious enough for us to cook breakfast before our ski day, and the second bathroom was clutch! Parking is extremely limited but that’s part of the trade-off going to Aspen! All in all, would highly recommend this place!
