Just a five-minute walk from the lakefront of one of the world's prettiest towns, you’ll feel right at home at this long-time guest favourite. Welcome to your Downtown Delight!

This is the second of two clean and tidy holiday-homes on the one section, with Wanaka at your fingertips. Relax in the lounge while the woodfire crackles, or if the suns out, head to the deck and fire up the BBQ.

Featuring Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and a selection of books, there’s plenty to entertain after a day of exploration. Grab a bite out at your choice of nearby restaurants and cafes or cook at home in your full kitchen.

Sleeping up to four, bedding supplied is one queen and two singles across this two-bedroom, one-bathroom accommodation. Or, for larger groups, the attached front dwelling,
Please note that there shall be no use of the outdoor living areas between 10pm and 7am.

The property was very well located, close to shops and restaurants, whilst still being in a quiet area. It had a nice view of the mountains. It was well equipped, which was great for a longer stay. Very easy for driving to the Treble Cone and Cardrona ski fields.

This place was fine. The heating situation was not great, only one heat pump (aircon) to heat the entire place, and two electric black heaters that were not effective at all. But at least the beds were warm and the location so close to town is what made it so good. Would recommend this property as a more affordable option in Wanaka.

So comfortable.

This home was so comfortable for our 7 night stay with the family. Everything was easy to use, worked as described, kitchen was excellent, the outlook is beautiful. Communication for check in was easy and precise. Carparking on site made everything convenient. But most of all, location location location. So central to just everything and anything. Recommend this property.

Great location but lacking amenities

Great location and clean but lacking amenities, very basic and needing maintenance: broken sofa, holes in front screen, no milk, no tea, noisy heatpump and one of the beds wouldn't stay on the bedbase.
