Everything you need in a quiet neighborhood

House was very clean, great light, and large kitchen and common areas. Super quiet residential neighborhood.

The lights and room fan controllers were frustrating and unpredictable. We could not use the master bedroom because the controller was in pieces on the dresser.Pool? We thought it was for watering our burros.

Golf get away in the desert

House is in a good location close to everything. Nice neighborhood. Very clean sunny and bright. Would rent it again.

Indio stay

Back yard could use an upgrade. The house was clean and roomy. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms were updated. We spent the majority of the time at another family memebers place.

Home away from home.

Very nice and spacious. Well kept. We did not use the pool, not familiar with that type of pool. It was very small and had outside debris in it.

As Advertised

Comm was a little spotty as mgr was out of town for first half of our stay. Lock was malfunctioning due to low battery.( same same in the Master light switch, never did get it to turn on ) Property was clean and spacious, well appointed kitchen. Would stay again.

Backyard furniture poorly maintained, not at all like photo or usable, loud neighbors blasting music a few nights, master bedroom has transient window above bed so all light from neighbor lights shines on head space of bed making master bedroom not usable for sleep. Very uncomfortable couch. Checked out of property 5 days early because of these issues and when asked for some refund for unused nights was not provided.

Spacious clean house

Enjoyed the stay. The house is very bright and clean. The only problem was the internet. I think it is a problem with the Spectrum set up. Notified the manager. Otherwise, 5 stars

Didn't Like the TVs

Just put in internet TV's and couldn't get any local or national news except for ones that kept repeating the same program over and over. The property manager had just put them in and had no idea how to use them!

Mediocre

The improvements: two beds in living room are small fold out futon that would not fit two grown adults. Two fold out chairs in living room are hard and do not lay flat (we propped them with pillows so they wouldn’t tip over), no dish soap or sponge provided for dishes to wash and water filter in fridge needs to be replaced, morning sunlight comes straight through skylight in master bedroom at 6am The good: clean showers and linens, beautiful kitchen and island, easy check-in/out, accommodating for not having hot tub available, has a bbq in backyard (we didn’t use it), lots of cookware I’d stay here again if I had 6 in my party but not for 8 people

Nice place

Everything was going fine initially. On the second day of our stay, a person called me claiming to be the host of the property and told me the Internet had gone down. He asked if I could reset the modem. Since we were working I explained that when we returned that evening we would do that. We didn't return to the house at 6pm as planned because we decided to stop to get dinner, and a lady phoned me at dinner claiming to be from VRBO. She was confrontational and said that we disabled the Internet and they couldn't monitor the Ring camera as a result. The TVs did stop working the night before, we didn't know why. The man that called asked if we could reset the modem which we said we would do, but when we didn't arrive at the home within an hour of what expected, VRBO called and began making these accusations. I told her to hold on, no one disconnected anything and to stop accusing me of something we did not do. She stopped, said she didn't accuse me (she did) and I told her if the monitoring of us on the camera was that big of a deal, to go to the house and fix it herself. When we got to the home, we noticed one of our coworkers set his suitcase next to the unit containing the modem. This must have disturbed it, and we reset it. I think it's creepy that you rent a home, only to watch the people you rent to on a camera. The whole thing did not sit right with me.
