Great location. Very clean property. Kitchen was well stocked. We loved being near pickle ball courts. The property had some bikes and corn hole which we enjoyed.

A Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a lovely house! Two blocks from the beach, excellent kitchen, and quiet corner. A great comfortable vibe with lots of character. The porch!!!! We drank coffee, read books, and ate dinner on that lovely porch. And it’s a short drive to the hikes at Ludington State Park.

Lovely Yellow House Stay

The house is comfortable w a large kitchen that we used almost every night to cook and eat in. Morning coffee on the covered porch was a must way to start each day.

Great vacation home

We loved staying here! Great location within walking distance to the beach, clean, comfortable with bikes, yard games and a fire pit…the perfect vacation home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check-in. The property was spotless, well maintained, and stocked. Very solid house, several storms blew through and there wasn't even a sound to be heard from outside. Great property outside also well maintained. The owner was very responsive. I'd definitely recommend this house. We played golf at Hemlock Country Club, nice track, I'd play it again. Great beach a couple of blocks away.

Great location! Close to beach, pickleball, downtown. Pretty well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds, good AC, nice front porch. Here would be my wish list, keeping in mind that I'm not complaining, these would just make the experience even better: a drawer of saran wrap, foil, sandwich bags. A 9x13 dish, a few beach chairs, shampoo and a blow dryer would have been nice. I appreciate that these cost a bit extra, but I'd gladly pay 20 a night extra to have everything really stocked well. Overall, great house. I'd come back!

Great location

House is in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and downtown (if you want to walk). Loved the entry way, great place to bring your beach stuff in without bring it all into the house. House was very clean with lots of room for a family of 4.

The yellow house

Very nice property. Large kitchen, great for family gatherings. Beautiful, wrap around porch. Very large yard.

Nice location. We enjoyed walking to the beach and the pickle ball courts. My family of 5 felt like we had enough room in the house. I do want to note that the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathrooms are on the main level.

Great Location Beautiful Property

Had a wonderful time at the gorgeous yellow house with my family with weekend!! The house was everything we hoped it to be! We even had a deer and two fawns in the backyard one morning!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!

Summer adventure

Wife and I were from out of state meeting up with family from MI. We had a great time. Plenty of things to do in Ludington and surrounding area. Hanging out on the porch was the place to be!

The layout is nice, the neighborhood quiet and the location is fantastic. The host was very attentive and even graciously "rescued" us when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the home. The porch served as a wonderful place to read and enjoy our morning breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

The yellow house is a really great space! We had five adults and were very comfortable. Siblings joining with spouses from across the country. The space was great for visiting, playing games, and relaxing. Easy walk to the beach and downtown for coffee shops and window shopping. Absolutely no complaints! The single bathroom downstairs with all bedrooms upstairs took a little getting used to, but we learned to plan our trips. It wasn't a problem at all. Thanks for your hospitality!

There was not a bathroom upstairs. This was not listed on the description. It was an issue for my elderly father. The check-in and location were wonderful.

Great location in Ludington

We really enjoyed this location for our long weekend in Ludington in June. Being able to walk to the beach was one of the reasons we picked this house and took advantage of that several times. Quick drive into town as well, and not far from the state park. House is well cared for and the management team was helpful and communicative when we needed help with the door code checking in. A couple things to note - the bathrooms are all downstairs with the bedrooms upstairs; and the house does have a lot of cooking / kitchen stuff but not a ton if you are trying to do major cooking. Overall would highly recommend!

Wonderful, Perfect in Every Way

My husband, 8YO and I come to Ludington every year to visit close friends. This year we stayed at the Big Yellow House for the first time and could not be more pleased with the property and neighborhood. We stayed and worked from the house for 3 weeks. The house is so comfortable, the kitchen so well equipped, the beds were comfy, and the location, just 2 blocks to the beach was amazing. We had deer in the yard multiple times which we all loved, and we even played pickle ball across the street and went to an Orioles High School football game to cap off our trip. Evening sunsets, and s'mores on the fire pit, many dinners on the beautiful porch out front were just a few of the memories we made. We will come back again and again. Thank you Nicole and the West Shore property management company for being so helpful and accommodating!

It's a very nice house, in great condition, and an unbeatable location. Only had a couple minor issues, e.g. slow bathtub drain. We would definitely consider staying here again.
