Lovely home, very clean and spacious, an abundance of amenities and an excellent house for a family group. The spa was a good size however was in need of a little TLC , some jets were not working and head rest needed repositioning regularly as the backs were split. All in all a wonderful stay

Gorgeous property

My family & I loved staying here. Everything was sparkly clean, didn’t even need to put on our own bedsheets on. Excellent location, close to everything and fantastic communication with the owners. Jacuzzi was super clean and the whole house smelled fresh and clean. Would definitely come back :)

Good and relaxing

The house was very nice, relaxing and modern but we were disappointed with the spa. The spa was not clean and only one out of the four jets were working. We tried to contact the Property manager to fix it but they said that because it was the weekend thay could not send anyone to fix it.

For this one, I’d acknowledge the spa issue clearly, especially since it was an important feature of the property. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you found the home modern, relaxing and enjoyable overall. We’re very sorry, however, that the spa was not presented or operating as expected during your stay. We completely understand how disappointing this would have been, particularly when the spa is a feature you were looking forward to enjoying. We also regret that we were unable to have the issue resolved during your stay. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback has been passed on to the relevant team for review and follow-up. Property Mums
